Hilton Washington DC Capitol Hill

Impressive hotel. Hilton does it again in the heart of DC. My only gripe was the lack of parking other than that it was everything I expected Hilton to deliver and some!

Convenient location to the Capitol. Most museums were a 20 - 30 minute walk. Great burgers for lunch!

There was nothing particularly fancy about it -- But nothing was wrong, either. The room was plain -- but large, comfortable beds, and a big bathroom (though also not fancy in any way). The hotel was pretty empty when we stayed and I wish they had given us a room with a window that didn't face a wall.

The staff member we spoke with when checking out was so helpful and amazing! A little confused on the price of the hotel as it said I would pay 180 at property and paid 230, and was told there was an extra 50 dollar fee and then my card was placed on the reader. I was hoping that was the charge for accidentals as that was not mentioned but we paid at the other 2 hotels but I do not believe so as it was never put back into my account. The hotel is very nice but there was some parts of the room that were just okay. The doormen / security were super nice and helpful!

Our room was clean & the hotel was clean as well. The staff were very hospitable, friendly & helpful. They have a really nice bar that you can see from the elevator which is really cool. They have a restaurant on the property called 525 Bistro and the breakfast there was amazing. The host at the front of the restaurant Arlene was really nice. DC has a homeless issue. In the area you will see people who look like they have mental health conditions. Other than that the Hotel is great.

Other than not having a pool everything was great.

It’s a nice hotel

The room was clean and the staff were friendly. What I like most is that I booked this room the same day for a quick overnight stay. I really enjoyed the free streaming channels the hotel had such as Netflix and HBO max. I arrived late in the evening, so I wasn’t touring the city that late. In the morning, I was able to see how close to the state Capitol the hotel was. Great stay and great hotel.

Great hotel. Excellent attentive staff. Comfortable rooms. Great proximity to Union Station and Capitol Hill. Would definitely stay again in spite of the price. You get what you pay for. Loved it.

Very nice and clean. Parking is $70/day not included in the price of the room. The option to add on breakfast was $59. Check in isn’t until 3:00 but they allowed us to park the car and store our belongings inside prior to check in. Check out is 11:00 but they will allow you to leave your car with valet up until 4pm before being charged for another day of parking. Staff was very helpful and brought our belongs up to the room after check in. I really appreciated this after the bad day I was having. The lobby was beautiful.
