Rooms clean and no odor. Bathroom clean without mildew in shower. Bed comfortable. Room lights were unique and helped create a warm and restful ambiance. Would stay again.

Lots of extra fees, not flexibility for checking in nor out.

Breakfast, location and the property was outstanding Lot of dust in the room, if a thorough cleaning was to be done, everything else was outstanding

Timothy the head engineer helped us with our air conditioning and he was fantastic. He also brought us a fan and was extremely polite and helpful even at 1AM. Great guy

Large and clean rooms Close to the railway station and pretty close to the Capitol Public transportation in proximity The breakfast was not complementary. However, the restaurant provided a lot of options for the breakfast. They were delicious and (worth mentioning) they were based on French cuisine The windows couldn't be opened The TV did not have many programs There was no IT corner for guests

And staff was wonderful.

On the other hand, The hotel has a great location if you wanna be near the train station, the Capitol and museums. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and organized.

The building is clean, the lobby is bright and attractive, and the rooms were very nice. Whimsical decor, beautiful mirrors, and extra seating by way of a padded bench and fainting couch. Big fan of the waterfall type of shower head. Spacious glass shower stall with no leakage so the floor isn’t soaking wet when you get out. Full sized bottles of shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower, and full sized bottles of soap/body lotion on the counter. It took a few minutes for the water to heat up. The bathroom does not have a fan which I found odd, and the room has a mini fridge but no microwave. Not a big deal but those few things would have improved my stay a tiny bit. I did not drive so didn’t have to navigate parking, and did not attend the in-building bistro so not sure what the food situation is like. The hotel is located near a few restaurants (we loved Z Burgers), the Postal Museum and less than a 10 minute walk to Union Station. Pretty fair price considering the location. I’d definitely visit again!

Ok hotel washington place

We’ve stayed here for about three of our visits to DC and we really do not prefer to stay anywhere else. The location is perfect and right by everything, the hotel is clean, the hotel staff is wonderful and the amenities are suitable. We really enjoy this hotel.

Exceptionally clean and large rooms. The hotel is within 5 mins from Union station so very accessible to most sights. The staff, especially at the Bistro du Jour were very friendly, accommodating and went out of their way to make our breakfasts enjoyable. Would definitely come back.

Room was larger than average hotel and refrigerator in room Room view was a building which I didnt mind, but the loud trucks entering and unloading was load

The hotel is absolutely fabulous. The rooms are huge. It was peaceful. The restaurant and room service was awesome.

The hotel is in a great location and very close to a metro stop. The rooms are really spacious and the restaurant on site was really good.

Everyone there was great! We had a family emergency and they were very considerate and kind. Thanks for your hospitality. I’d highly recommend this hotel.
