The best everything perfect

We didn’t use them, but the availability of loaner bicycles was a nice touch. Valet or garage parking (across the street) was convenient. I can’t say enough about the front of house staff. So friendly and welcoming! We had two days here as part of a two week road trip - this was our favorite stay.

Pleasant

Situated near the Capitol and the Union Station. Staff members were nice. Benjamin was awesome! - Room not thoroughly vacuumed. Found a used cup, and pretzel behind the night stand and some dental floss beneath the drawer (see photos). This was reported to customer service via text but not handled. I had housekeeping clean the room but wasn’t remediated. They did fold the sheets and replaced the towels. - Wide gap in bathroom door - Bed bugs - Old condo smell in the hallway

Front desk was pleasant and room was nice and clean. Walking distance to the Capitol and museums. Would definitely stay again. Took others advice and parked in the parking garage across the street ourselves for cheaper rates. The sliding door to the bathroom was hard to pull.

Desk staff and Cleaners very helpful and friendly. Convenient location to Train Station, Restaurants, and Sight tours.

Our family of 5 booked 2 rooms connected! They were clean it was quiet and everyone was great! We will visit again!

Stay was great! Elevators were quick and staff was very pleasant. Favorite thing is they have actual hot coffee in the lobby like all hotels did in the past and for that alone I will stay again. I didn't use amenities but did use luggage storage and that was quick and easy:) Thank you for a great stay,
