The property was very clean. The staff was super respectful and kind. They made you feel at home. Our room had a balcony with a nice city view of the capitol. It was beautiful at night. We would definitely stay here again!!

As a guest you would think that the Fourth of July party should be included in the price of the hotel. but overall, the location was a decent spot to be able to pick up transportation. We were close to the capital so that was a plus. we were able to take mass transit everywhere we wanted to go to so that was a plus awesome.

The room was spotless and in a perfect location! The staff were very friendly and made sure we had all we needed for our stay. I ordered room service for breakfast on the day of checkout and it came within 20 minutes! I would definitely stay here again.

Considering it is a pet friendly hotel, I prefer vinyl floors in the rooms instead of carpet. They are much cleaner.

We enjoyed our night at the Arlo. Elevators were fast, staff was helpful and beds were comfortable. The parking garage is very close to the hotel and was much less expensive than other hotels. We paid in advance for breakfast and it was well worth it. Food was excellent.

We loved the location, our room was very comfortable and clean. I loved the shower, it was such a nice shower head, which really makes a huge difference. The parking was mildly confusing and the hotel also says they will validate your parking, which Noone validated mine. I asked the people at the front desk and they instructed me very badly about even how to exit the parking garage. And I still paid $21 in parking fees to exit the garage.
