Very clean, easy to check-in/check-out. Even has a kitchen, so could be useful for some (if you can find a place to buy groceries, I guess). Good for airport connection, takes barely 5 minutes to be at Brandenburg airport. Almost no personnel there. I was not sure how to get in, rang the "bell button", no one responded. I was there around 7:30 PM. Per chance another guest was walking in and helped me get through the main door. I did the online check-in before getting there, still wasn't entirely helpful. Didn't have internet at the time, so management should consider that possibility for guests. Besides that, while the apartment is very clean, even has a kitchen, it is not comfortable to stay in: whatever is used for temp regulation doesn't work, it is hot these days so blankets don't help. And it's insanely noisy. You can hear neighbors nearby clobbering on the floor or slamming doors all night. Barely any time to sleep in peace. I just need an overnight accommodation for flights, so this was not optimal choice for me. For the price tag of 50-60€ a night, it doesn't feel entirely up to expectations.

Loved the facilities of the apartment and the large communal lounge. Also, nice little shop with bits and bobs in essentials. The greeting of the free water in the fridge was a nice touch. We got no response to an urgent message and email sent regarding if we arrived after midnight (due to flight delay we incurred). Would the online/door opening facility work. Luckily, we arrived a few minutes to midnight. The hotel was pretty remote (no local shops) but did manage to find out from the restaurant next door there was a free shuttle bus to the airport. This saved the hassle of having to mess with pre- booking one via the hotel at a cost.

Great stay. Was especially lucky with the room view.

Close to airport, clean and simple As others have said. The online check-in is a little confusing at the end of a long flight.

Clean spacious rooms. Not much around the area for food options, shopping or even gas. Nice and close to the airport though.

Great location and very clean and comfortable. Despite other reviewers saying it was difficult to get in, we did not find that at all...very simple. Also there is a very nice Italian restaurant across from accommodation. You have to pre book breakfast, which is left in the fridge... it was very nice! Nothing...would definitely stay here again...very close to airport. Uber was 11 euros.

Room was clean. Kiosk couldn't find my booking. I had to call - which cost me as I have a USA Sim. They found my booking but Kiosk still didn't work. They ended up having me put a card on the machine and they activated it remotely. They did the same for a card for the parking lot. Card for the parking lot did not work so I had to call again - they opened the parking lot gate remotely. Card for access to room did not work on the door out of the parking lot. Bad reception because I was in the parking lot so I had to call at least 4 times where we talked but then got cut off. They tried opening the door remotely but that did not work. I walked around tomthe front of the building and my access card worked there. Was a very frustrating process. Obviously some technical hitches need to be worked out. In the furture I would rather pay more to have someone at reception - way less stressful
