Nothing Walked in to the room and walked right out. The entire room smelled and felt dirty and had stains on the sheets and bathroom sink. It was disgusting. Then they wanted to deny refund after not even being in the room for 5 min

When you first pull up, it looks ran down needs to be redone outside. People don’t look that great hanging around when you enter the place smells of mildew dirty carpets very nasty place upon entering the room. It looks OK but the bed covers are dirty. The carpet are nasty. Very afraid of bedbugs. You can smell the alcohol that has been sprayed in the rooms. They could really use an upgrade.

Price okay, but paint was peeling off from walls and celling. Good if you don’t plan on spending much time in the room.

Arrived at 11pm. Check in was very slow. I had 3 kids with me. First room provided was absolutely invested with cockroaches. Went to the front desk the guy had no idea what to do. Thankfully a cleaning staff advised the desk of a room that had been recently cleaned. Stayed there the first night and didn’t return for the second night.

TV didn’t work. Looked like bloodstain on sheet. Room and common areas in poor condition. Would not stay here ever again.

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment we entered the room, we had problems with the door lock. The door would not work properly, and we had to call the receptionist for help. The phone in the room was also in very poor condition. A staff member eventually came and had to push the door to get it open. Since the lock was clearly not working properly, I did not feel safe or comfortable staying in that room. I requested a different room, but unfortunately, the second room was even worse. There were bed bugs, and I was unable to sleep the entire night. The bathroom also had a strong urine-like odor and was very unpleasant. Because of these conditions, I left the hotel early even though I had booked another night. The staff were rude and unhelpful, which made an already stressful experience even worse. Another issue was the security deposit. The deposit was not clearly explained to me at check-in, and money was charged to my card without providing me with a receipt at that time. Between the broken door lock, bed bugs, unpleasant bathroom odor, poor room phone, rude service, and lack of clear communication about the security deposit, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. I would not recommend this hotel. Based on my experience, I would not stay here again.

Honestly it was a cheap place to lay my head and the view of the air plains was spectacular but i had an issue with the mini fridge, the light and the tv and when i went down to the front desk they sent a staff member in who proceeded to tell me that the one lamp always flickers bwcause it has a short so thats nit saff its a huge fire hazard. Then i was expecting what all other hotels usually have because the pictures show a microwave and coffee pot in the rooms but the staff member said they got rid of them besides a shared microwave in the lobby to keep theor prices low(my hotel near darien lake was cheaper than here and much better)but other guest confirmed all the other rooms had the microwave and only some had coffee pots. This was not a great experience i will not be staying there again

Old, run down, sketchy hotel. It was cheap.

1) When I arrive around 10:30PM at night, I have to wait at the front desk (I feel that for 10 minutes, but might be less) for the staff to show up (stepped in from the main entrance from outside). He said he saw me went in ... 2) There carpet is very dirty, nothing like showing in the pictures 3) There are cracks on the walls here and there 4) It is a second floor room, but when I got up in the morning, I found my bottle of honey was covered with ants 5) The bathroom tank refill took an hour, it is a disaster if more than one people use the toilet back to back 6) The bath tab is very old and dirty, we didn't even try to use the shower (since we just sleep a few hours and left early in the morning) 7) The lobby stinks, seem to be the smell of weeds

The worst experience ever with a hotel room. I am not sure why this was given a 2-star status. The entire hotel including the lobby was smelling smoke. There is not even an elevator. The carpet in the room was moist. The chair was broken. The TV was not working. The bathroom was kept clean but no proper waterflow. Terrible experience.

You get what you pay for. The property needs to be renovated. My room smelled like smoke, the sheets on the bed had stains. The property needs painting, there are holes and peeling paint in the hallways. My toilet bowl seat was broken. The staff assisted me when needed, however I would not stay here again based on the hotel presentation. I had no concerns with safety. Check in and check out went well. AC worked great.

Just kinda rundown and meh

Horrible bad smell, No arrangements for keeping clothing. Poor maintenance.

The beddings have stains. Carpet looks dirty. You get what you pay.
