Springhill Suites Buffalo Airport

I would definitely stay again. The thing that kept me from a five star was that towels were not replaced in our room after cleaning. In the morning, we were on a bit of a tight schedule, and they had run out of continental breakfast and didn't get it refilled before we had to leave. It was very busy that morning.

All around nice experience at this hotel with a decent breakfast and good coffee.

Breakfast was good and hot. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient. The room was clean. Highly Recommend for families of 4+.

We really enjoyed our family stay at Springhill Suites. The staff was unbelievably helpful and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. Continental breakfast was delicious. Walls were a bit thin and could hear neighboring rooms. But overall excellent stay!

The only problem I had was I asked for extra washcloths and one of the male housekeepers got an attitude. When I told him there were 3 of us he still refused to help. I had to ask someone else when he could have very well helped me out.

I booked a queen suite with 2 queen beds. Pros. The staff was friendly. Property was ckean.and room was well stocked with all the amenities. Free parking is a plus. BREAKFAST was really disappointing. There was no Vegetarian option NOT EVERYONEI eats NON VEGETARIAN. I dont like cereal and bread much and I had to eat just because there was no other alternative.A suggestion make breakfast with more varieties so everyone can enjoy. Breakfast is very important meal of the day. .

Great location to see the city of Buffalo and travel to other places in Western New York. The staff were kind and welcoming! The rooms are comfortable and make you feel at home.

Everything was amazing from the moment you walk in and speak with the front desk staff to the delicios breakfast.

Easy to get off the highway. It's a nice building. Parking was plentiful. Lobby is modern but welcoming. The staff were great; professional and friendly. Room was spacious; it was a wheelchair accessiblle room. The bathroom needs a redesign. There are no towel racks next to the very tiny narrow shower yet there is plenty of room for them on the walls on both sides. The walls were kinda thin. Could hear the guests in the next room walking around. With all that said I would stay here again, I have earplugs. The bed was very comfortable and they had nice pillows.

Convenient. The airport shuttle is helpful. We have stayed two times recently and will return if we are in the area.

Loved the breakfast in the morning. Staff were extremely friendly and kind. 10/10 recommend!

Basically great all around Window curtain could have been longer to completely block out light especially coming from a street lamppost high up

Staff great,pool clean, rooms clean,if you're into continental breakfast very good.

Only downside was the last night we stayed the room above us was banging around until well after midnight
