Air conditioner blew non cold air, dirty bed cover, only 4 channels available to watch

Room wasn't filthy but could have used a cleaning. NO BUGS. Our TV remote didn't work, we only had 1 towel in a double room. Staff was friendly but did have us down for an incorrect room initially but fixed the issue. Not the scariest motel I've stayed in but it did have some interesting characters on the property, blood-stained sidewalk in front of one of the doors, and heavy weed smell outside. Quiet enough though and fine for a quick day or two.

Booked two double beds, desk would only give 1 bed because that’s what his system shows. Showed my reservation - paid - and refused to move. Then I had to argue with Expedia for an hour AFTER they could not resolve the issue. Won’t use Expedia or Red Roof again.

Our key didn’t work, the remote didn’t work the tv and when I asked I was told I didn’t need a tv I looked tired and should sleep. The floors were dirty as well

Worn property. Needs maintenance and cleaning. First rooms locks were shot.

The environment and the staff

stayed there a few times but th8s was worst stay ever. Staff was wonderful and helpful but quality of rooms was terrible for the $200 Cdn I paid. first room reaked of smoke. staff got me moved right away. TV had no batteries in remove-replaced remote-great staff. still didn't work right-staff came to room and got it to work for me. bed was broken sagged on one side. I didn't say anything cause I as done moving. bathroom very dingy

This was the most nasty hotel that I ever stayed in. The tub filled up with water while I showered. The toilet broke, and they didn’t have no iron or ironing board for me to iron my clothes. Also, they had a phone in my room that didn’t work and I had to use my cell phone to reach the front desk. I only stayed one night and had to book a different hotel because I was disgusted and to top it off, the staff were very rude, hung up the phone when I requested a refund for the remainder of the 2 nights. Do NOT BOOK WITH THIS NASTY HOTEL AND STAFF. They are from a different country and think that they can come to our country and be disrespectful towards us. False advertisement because the room looked nothing like the photo on the website. I have a video but it will not allow me to upload it.

First of all, the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The odor was so overwhelming that it got into our clothes and even lingered on our bodies. The most unacceptable part was that I had reserved a room with two queen beds, but when we arrived, we were told that all the two-bed rooms were gone and were given a room with only one king bed instead. Overall, it was a terrible experience. After this stay, I have decided that I will never book a budget hotel again.

It was a wonderful stay only problem was the housekeeping didn't bring enough towels to the room other than that everything was pretty good and the only thing else was the sign showing you how to get there you could not see it because of the trees

Not a motel where we stay again. No soap in room. Dated property in need of upgrades.

The room was so nasty it made my daughter physically sick. We left immediately.

Great hotel nice staff

Outside looks fine. We arrived at 1am and was told the room is not available. Booked a room with 2 beds and got a king bed instead. On top of that, it was still cold out and there was no heat in room. Thermostat setting was to 75 and room temp was 61 the whole night. My kids got a bit sick the day after. Booked as its close to the airport. Big mistake, will not return.

Really terrible experience, honestly. As a single woman I felt unsafe on the property and the room itself was clearly dirty. There was a dirty towel left behind on the floor and a pile of leaves and dirt behind the door upon entry. I could not stay here.

The remote did not work, no blow dryers, no soap in shower, shampoo and conditioner not labeled, a couple of crusty beige things under the blanket. I didn't know what it was. Overall, very disappointing.
