The first room we were given had not been cleaned at all. Bedding was piled on bed and trash can was full. The replacement room was clean and presentable but shower was lukewarm and toilet didn’t flush. Staff was friendly enough and did move us to a new room

This was attached to a Red Roof Inn. They appeared to be housing homeless people. This was not a no smoking hotel. The room was filthy, stained bedding, bed had urine smell, sink was full of hair clippings. AC was obnoxiously loud, full of gunk and hot. Not all outlets or lights worked and worst of all, the smoke detector was falling off the wall and non functioning. If I could give negative stars, I would.

This property is very horribly taken care of, very dirty and run down wasn’t able to stay one night because it was too bad they need to do better. There was people hanging out around the property it felt like it was a shelter

Location was close to I90 for continuation of travel plans etc. Cleanliness was a little lacking and AC did not work in one of the rooms making it an uncomfortable night after a hot summer day.

Staff are rude. Have spent a lot of money with them to book for my area techs working. And they were extremely rude and didn't make it easy to check in. Making them pay out of pocket for additional days that were already paid for

The sink handle was broken and hard to use, as was the toilet handle.

DIRTY, NO LIGHT BULBS IN BEDSIDE TABLE LAMPS, HAIR DRYER BROKEN, TRASH DUMPTERS OVER FLOWING, POOR LIGHTING IN STAIRWAYS

Will stay again, if in the area!

Not a damn thing No accommodations were met including what’s permoted such as television WiFi washer and dryer

Clean, quiet and great location. Beds are not comfortable, very low toilet and tiny bathroom

Very disappointing experience. We checked in but had to cancel our stay within 30 minutes because the room was in very poor condition. It was not clean, not well maintained, and not suitable for a family. We had to book another hotel immediately. I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

Good location Smells cigars, bathroom with no shampoo or body wash.

Despite reporting the issue, I was not offered a room change or any other solution. At checkout, I was simply told, “Sorry, there’s nothing we could do.” I paid for a non-smoking accommodation and did not receive the service I booked. This experience was unacceptable and significantly impacted my stay. I am requesting a full refund due to the hotel’s failure to provide the room that was reserved and the lack of any meaningful assistance from the staff.
