La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Buffalo Airport

Great location! Rooms needs major upgrades, housekeeping and etc! Spiders everywhere in our room when we woke up! The night before a black one was coming down the headboard! Woke up and two sitting on the ceiling! The front desk guy from Jamaica was very helpful and friendly!

I appreciate that my dog was permitted for 25$ and coffee always available, lots of commerce for miles

Stayed one night while traveling home from the northeast and could not wait to leave in the am. The cleanliness of the room was shabby. We found what looked like pulled pork left on the floor under the desk and an empty Zyrtec packet in the bathroom. Gross…

Did not like my view

Gentleman at check-in was kind. Even offered a great solution to parking since we arrived late. Hot breakfast was real good. Fitness room has great equipment. Would stay again!

Was convenient to where we need to go and see relatives.

We were very happy with our stay. It was quiet and comfortable.

I had a pleasant overnight stay here. Room was very clean and comfortable. Loved having access to a fridge and microwave in my room. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was a little sparse, but still got some fresh fruit and beverages. I would recommend this hotel for a quick stop.

Good for the price but nothing special.

Rooms were not clean.

The room itself was quite outdated. I expected it to be more updated since it had hardwood floors instead of carpet. The bathroom also had a strong odor, and an exhaust fan would definitely help. The TV was not a smart TV, but given the location, that wasn’t completely unexpected. The breakfast was decent and about what I would expect from a typical chain hotel. Overall, the cleanliness issue was disappointing, although the front desk employee did his best to help with the situation.

Room was not well maintained.

Very clean room, welcoming staff and easy parking. Was staying for one night to catch a flight the next morning. Comfortable and a good price.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The parking lot was very nice clean well kept the staff were extremely nice and there was an awesome little tavern right up the road with really good food called off the hook Tavern.

We had an issue with bedsheets being dirty.

We scheduled the 24 hr airport shuttle. And when we went to breakfast the staff confirmed we needed the shuttle in 20 mins at the time they scheduled. The shuttle was over 30 mins late. We kept being told he was on the way. The. Was told it could be an additional 20 mins. We ended up taking an Uber and having to pay for it even tho we had specifically booked this hotel bc of the shuttle. When I asked to speak to a manager or an email for later. I was denied. Eventually I was giving a cell phone number for the on site manager at a later time. They were not on the property

Overall, clean and neat, a little older of a hotel, staff was friendly.

The room smelled so bad

We had realized after that there was hair all in the shower, all over the floor throughout the room, and in the bed. The floors were dirty. I walked barefoot through it and my feet were black after. The staff couldn't figure out how to print my receipt for the stay either.
