The room was very clean and nice.

We were also told that we would have to pay extra if we wanted our room cleaned, which I do not expect when staying at a resort. We asked for extra pillows because some of us cannot sleep completely flat, and it took three nights before we finally received them. When our room was eventually cleaned, the staff took our beach towels but did not leave any clean ones to replace them. We tried calling the front desk several times for assistance, but many of our calls were simply ignored. The lack of housekeeping, towels, communication, and basic service made the stay very frustrating. For a property that is advertised as a resort, I expected much better service and attention to guests. You can add this part: Another thing I really did not like was being expected to leave the garbage outside the room. It did not look clean or appropriate for a resort, especially with bags of trash sitting outside. I also feel this could attract insects or rodents and create a sanitation issue. A resort should have a proper system for collecting guests’ garbage rather than having it left outside the room

First, when we arrived at the room, there were no kitchen utensils at all. When you rent an apartment with a kitchen that is advertised for cooking and having everything you need for a comfortable stay, you expect basic kitchen utensils to be provided. On the second day, we were playing a little music at a normal volume because we were there with our family celebrating. A security guard came to our door and asked us to turn the music off because it was bothering other guests. I completely understand the need to respect other guests, and that part did not bother me. What really bothered me was the way the security guard approached and knocked on the door. The manner in which he did it was very rude and disrespectful, especially considering that there were children inside the room. Even though this is the property’s policy, we were paying guests, and there is a respectful way to communicate with people. Honestly, I was very disappointed with the way we were treated. The situation could have been handled in a much more professional and respectful manner. Another issue was that there were no blankets provided in the room. We had to contact the hotel and ask for them to be brought to us. In my opinion, blankets are basic necessities that should already be available in the room before guests arrive, especially when you are paying a high price for the stay. Honestly,

The room was not clean when we arrived. The hallways were very dirty, wallpaper was peeling off. A lot of walking.

If you value cleanliness, this is not the “resort” for you. First of all this does not feel like a resort. You have to PAY for them to clean during your stay. Second of all, it does not seem like they are doing much cleaning in between visitors. My children’s socks were BLACK from the dirty floors. I called to complain and they said they do not usually clean in between stays. There were crumbs from other peoples stays. Everything was dusty. I got Clorox wipes to clean myself. Absolutely disgusting and disappointing since this is marketed as a “resort”. The towels were thin and rough. The only nice part is the water park and location. I regret choosing this resort.

We had a great time staying at this hotel. It was very clean which is super important for me. The hotel is really big so you can get a lil lost but they have a lot of helpful signs. The water park was great me and the kids enjoyed it a lot. The room had great amenities for the kitchen as well as detergent for a load of laundry. I would just like to have had hand soap for the bathrooms but that’s minor we went to buy some. We would definitely stay here again

The shower wasn’t working the first night at checked in no maintenance person was on. The lady said we will have to wait until morning. However I had to demand a room change at 1am in the morning. It’s a lot of walking to get to rooms. The staff can use some more training and more maintenance work needs to be done especially for that amount of money.

It’s a nice place to stay with family

The water park was well maintained and my son had an amazing time. The pools were clean and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The rooms are clean and very spacious. I would stay here again.

Great place to be either by yourself, your spouse or family and kids. They have multiple restaurants. Plenty of amenities and a water Park for all ages. The staff was very friendly and the place was very clean. No Issues Whatsoever.
