Location was just excellent, room was big and clean.

Staff were nice and friendly . Breakfast was very good. It was on a good location . Nothing .

Замечательное место! Очень приветливый и гостеприимный хозяин! Из за задержки рейса, мы заселились гораздо позже и хозяин во всем пошел нам на встречу, дождался нас, встретил. Завтрак очень вкусный и сытный. Кровати и подушки удобные. С удовольствием остановимся тут снова !

The manager or owner did an excellent job making sure I was well taken care of during my stay. The breakfast is excellent and different everyday. The manager even saw me off at 3AM, which was a nice. I’d recommend adding Instant Coffee for the kettle and a second bed pillow. No elevator so be prepared to walk upstairs. I enjoyed my stay and recommended it to friends and family.

First we we’re worried because of the location of the hostel, but after we realize that everything close and you don’t need to stay in real center -

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel with their amazingly friendly hospitality, great breakfast. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The area is super walkable with SAS Supermarket across the street with a large food court. The Saint Gregory illuminator Cathedral is behind the building. Less than 1 km , 15 minutes walk to the Republic Square or Yandex Go will take you there for less than $2 (500 DRM). There is also a large park beside the Cathedral with a large market across from it.

Tatev Hotel and Tours is fantastic! Bagrad, the owner, is so friendly and accommodating. From the moment you meet him, you feel as though there is nothing that he won't do to make you feel at home. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast is outstanding with a different breakfast each morning. There is an SAS grocery one minute away. There is also a great bakery right across the street.

Very clean hotel with excellent management, very polite and friendly. There was no problem with cleanliness and facilities. I highly recommend it. The hotel manager is a very honorable person.

Absolutely nothing

The hotel itself is very clean, quiet, and well-maintained. My room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed, including reliable Wi-Fi and air conditioning. I also appreciated the attention to detail and the peaceful atmosphere throughout the hotel. What truly sets this place apart is the hospitality. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful — always ready with a smile and great recommendations for local sights and food. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests' comfort. If you're looking for a centrally located, affordable, and friendly place to stay in Yerevan, I highly recommend Tatev Hotel and Tours. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Tatev Hotel in Yerevan for three nights, and it turned out to be one of the most accommodating hotels we have ever experienced. The rooms are large, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean, but what truly made our stay exceptional was the hospitality of the owner, Bagrat. After arriving early in the morning from an exhausting overnight train, he kindly let us check in immediately so we could rest. Throughout our stay, he went above and beyond—providing us with helpful recommendations about restaurants and local attractions, offering thoughtful extras, and making us feel truly at home. Breakfast deserves a special mention: every morning it was different, beautifully prepared, and tasted like something from a fine restaurant. We also appreciated the fresh fruit that was brought to us—it was such a thoughtful touch. We really enjoyed our stay at Tatev Hotel and would happily return on our next visit to Yerevan. Great location, very clean, you have everything you need and there is nice staff always ready to help you.

It is about 10-minute walk to the Republic Square and there are a bus station and a metro station nearby, it is very convenient to go anywhere no matter on foot or by public transport. The host couple are very kind and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, I stayed there for 12 nights but the breakfast they provided was different every day! I enjoyed staying there very much.

Everything. If you want to stay for a quiet and peaceful place then this is a perfect accommodation for you. It is also very clean! It is hosted by a humble hosts especially Bhagrat who supported me in my entire stay. From adjusting the bfast time till I left from the hotel. There are a lot of things I wanted to share but one of the most special things he offered was when I told him that I have to skip the bfast the following day coz my tour will start very early. He was listening to me and he told not to worry as he will pack my bfast for me which he did! Also he’s the one who’s more concern of my time. He always reminds me of my tour and concern of the traffic. Just like my parents lol. And above anything else, I was surprised when he gave me something before I left from there to airport. The saddest past was leaving as I felt like leaving my grandparents home. I will definitely come back! Thank you Bhagrat. Wait for my return.. ? Nothing. Everything was perfect!

The location is great! Close to a metro stop, supermarket and great restaurants. Breakfast is delicious and changes each morning, so you get to try new dishes. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel staff are the kindest people. I never expected that at a hotel. It felt like a family, and each breakfast was different and very Armenian.

Great service by Bagrat. He was attentive and kind during our whole stay and gave us tips when we asked. The breakfast was exceptional! Every day something new and we could choose a time between 8 and 11am which was perfect! The hotel is located on a noisy street but super close to all the important Yerevan tourist spots and always with a great parking spot in front of the hotel which is under CCTV. The street was a bit noisy but there is nothing the hotel can do about that
