The location I can t make a comment

Excellent location, right in the city center - a beautiful spot! The room is not very large, as you can not have in Erevan big rooms for budget prices, however it has all needed facilities and it is clean, and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend it to any traveller who loves being in the city center and taking beautiful walks

Excellent stay; I visit it for the third time and it never dissappoints. Perfect location at the heart of the Erevan centre, very friendly and helpful stuff!

The bathroom was in very poor condition. Due to improper drainage, water would accumulate and we had to shower standing in several centimeters of dirty water. The sink was leaking, so the countertop was constantly wet. The water also seeped into the carpet, causing an unpleasant smell.

Great location, friendly staff and comfortable room No hotel sign outside the hotel

Great location: close from downtown and some historical spots. Close to historical part of the old town. Right around the corner is a fantastic italian bakery / cafe "Caramell" with delicious coffee and great food, with exceptional staff. No breakfast in hotel, but for us it was no problem at all - thanks to "Caramell"! The hotel locks its entrance and there is a very friendly receptionist 24 h a day - great service! The windows let cold air through in spite of the curtains. Perhaps would be good to move the bed a bit farther away. And we killed a small bug looking like a cockroach on our last day in the room. But I hope it was just an accident.

The stay was amazing, we even extended it. It was really nice and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. The location is almost in the center, so it was easily accessible and great for walking around.

Location was excellent and staff was very friendly

When I left my room, there was rubble and debris everywhere, making it difficult and unpleasant to walk around the property. I was told there was a shared kitchen where I could store and eat food, but every time I wanted to use it, the staff were occupying the space themselves, which made it uncomfortable for me to go in and eat. The TV did not work initially, although to be fair, staff did come and fix it when I reported the issue. The girl who checked me in was lovely and the only staff member I truly liked. The rest of the staff were just okay—nothing particularly welcoming or helpful. At one point, I was even told not to return to the hotel for a few hours because they were doing some kind of cleaning, which I found unacceptable as a paying guest.

It was clean. Staff were ok. It didn't feel like being in a proper hotel. It's just the ground floor of an old building very close to a slope with no parking, with no proper path to the entrance, and a tiny reception area. There is not even a name board, and the taxi driver could not locate the place. It has very narrow corridors to the rooms that are packed in as little space as possible. Toilet is small and so close to the door that the door cannot be opened without hitting the toilet.

Neat and spacious room - they have kitchen utensils available for use Sometimes at night it’s bit noisy on the corridor when people are passing by

Room a bit small

It's the third time I stay in this hotel. It offers a good value for that money and is perfectly located. The rooms are clean and spacious enough. The staff is friendly and helpful. Holes on the bed linen is the biggest problem. Amenities are not old but due to extensive usage look dated. There are severe abrasions on the walls that must be quite easy to remove. The soundproof is awful, one can hear everything what happens outside of the room and the adjacent ones. Also, there's no direct entrance to the hotel from the road, guests have to either walk 10 meters by stairs or get over a small fence which is not convenient with suitcases.

Its near the center the receptionist were very helpful all of them. There is no mirror in the room only one in the bathroom. They will give water only on your first day though they have common kitchen with filtered water. They gave only 1 towel . The rest are just fine

Very friendly stuff, exceptional placement

People were very nice, beds were very comfortable and location was perfect There were no mirrors in the room except in the bathroom. Shower cabinet didn’t have a proper closing method.

It is the second time we stay at this hotel, and it remained unchanged since the last time 2 years ago. Clean spacious rooms, good amenities, friendly staff, allowed pets, excellent location. No direct access to the entrance from the street, we had to get over a fence with suitcases to get there. Almost no soundproof, we heard everything what happened in the adjacent rooms. Holes on bed sheets. Dirty windows.
