Our room had a view of the main street, so it was a bit noisy; also, it had floor to ceiling windows (without blurring), so if you move the curtains, everything is visible inside the room from the street.

The accommodation is outside the center, but it doesn't matter at all, because the transport is without a problem. Very simpathic receptionist. Great room at a great price. Good equipment maybe a little more cleaning the bathroom, and unfortunately noise from the street, cars

There were regular evening visitors who smoked in the lobby. The smoke went up an got into the rooms. The hosts promised that wouldn't happen again, but it did. Also, there was noise from the outside like some machine working on the wall that bothered us at night.

Very unprofessional and dishonest employees. I had a reservation for 1 week, but I had to stay in Yerevan for work issues for a longer period. I extended my booking on the booking.com. When I came to pay for the reservation, I was offered to cancel my booking and promised a good discount. I canceled my booking and came to pay directly. The discount was really good. I was surprised by the discount (AMD 25 thousand) and asked if everything was correct? The administrator checked and confirmed the correctness of the amount. I paid the stated amount. A few days later, the administrator demanded to pay the full amount from the booking. He said he was wrong last time. He did not provide any evidence. The conversation was rather rude and some unknown friend of the administrator took part in it. As a result, they gave me a micro-discount. I definitely concluded that you should never cancel a reservation. You should always use booking to be protected from dishonest and unprofessional people.
