Seven Visions Resort and Places, the Dvin

I had a wonderful stay at Seven Visions Resort in Yerevan. The hotel itself is beautiful, with elegant rooms, excellent facilities, and a relaxing atmosphere, but what truly made my experience exceptional was the outstanding service. A very special thank you to Edgar, Tatef, and Vahagn. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality went far beyond my expectations. They were always attentive, welcoming, and eager to help with anything I needed, making me feel valued from the moment I arrived until the day I left. Their warm attitude and attention to detail turned a great stay into a truly memorable one. It’s rare to meet a team that consistently delivers such a high level of service with a smile. They are a real credit to Seven Visions Resort and deserve recognition for their dedication. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Yerevan. If you’re looking for luxury combined with exceptional hospitality, this is the place to stay. I will definitely be returning!

Gym, Pool

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. Everything was great – from the amenities to the comfort of the room. However, what truly made my stay special was the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my visit was as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Their friendliness and attentiveness really stood out and made all the difference. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for great service and a comfortable stay! However, there were a couple of areas for improvement. The gym wasn't open on time, which was a bit inconvenient, and the airport transfer could have been more efficient. It would be great if both of these services were a bit more reliable.

The design, the rooms and the service is impeccable..

This is my third stay at Seven Visions and Dvin never fails to amaze me every time! During this stay I would like to especially thank reception staff for being so helpful and nice and and also special thanks to the department responsible for the cleanliness. The room was so clean and fresh! Ofc I liked everything and will be back for sure upon next possibility :)

I've had the pleasure of visiting this hotel for various occasions, including dining at the COBA restaurant and enjoying its shows in the past. Every experience was excellent, but staying as a guest exceeded all my expectations. The hospitality of the entire staff was outstanding, making us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. The Hiyerk restaurant and the breakfast were perfect, offering a delightful start to each day. The room service was exceptional, and the thoughtful touches, such as the welcome sweets and fruits, made us feel truly special. The surprise gift for my wife on March 8th was a memorable moment that we will never forget. Everything was flawlessly arranged, and I can't think of a single thing I didn't enjoy. Without a doubt, this is the best hotel in Yerevan and Armenia. Highly recommended! What didn’t I like? Well, aside from the fact that I couldn’t move in permanently, the biggest 'downfall' of my visit is that it completely ruined my perspective on my own home! I recently purchased a new apartment with all the well-thought-out features, but after this experience, I’m seriously considering either buying a new place or renovating mine to match this hotel's incredible standards. Basically, my stay set the bar so high that my own home is now jealous!

The truth is that I really appreciate - after so many stays in Yerevan - the unique atmosphere of Seven Visions Resort and Places The Dvin which is very different from all the other hotels. The service and staff are exceptional. They treated us with care & kindness our entire trip. The welcome drink, the bottle of wine were a great way to help us settle in.
