Staff were really welcoming. Rooms were clean and a really reasonable price. Only compliant is no AC and it was boiling but they made up for it with free ice cream

Receptionist were friendly and helpful,cleaner needs more attentive beds are ok but pillows are bad,no air-conditioning room was very hot and if your room front of the building sleeping is impossible due to high noise As above

Every interaction with them was marked by kindness, courtesy, patience, and professionalism. They were always welcoming, attentive, and genuinely willing to help, which made my stay all the more pleasant and comfortable. The staff was great I stayed in early July, and it was very hot. No AC made it very uncomfortable. It was hotter inside the room than it was outside. The fan they had in the room was barely making a difference.

Was clean and a staff member helpfull. Location, nothing around. Could not use the lift because was occupied by the cleaning staff, room was small and very hot.

The size of the room, the flooring, the cleanliness, and the comfy beds. No Air Conditioning. And they have mentioned that the rooms have fans. So guests have to consider this in a hot month like July. We did not get good sleep because of this.

It was all nice, very clean, well equipped. No air con (but that’s rather normal in Switzerland). The nice big fan was provided. Also very nice young man at the reception, helpful and cheeful. I I could hear neighbors behind the wall but I guess that’s just how the building was build…
