Perfect location - right next to the main train station in Zurich. Rooms were quiet with well sealed windows. Air conditioning during the recent heat wave was well appreciated. Rooms were a little sterile. Add a little colour maybe? Honestly, no complaints.

The self service coffee machine on our floor was challenging with instructions only in German. The woman on reception at the time was not interested in my problem and just stated only two of the coffee options were available. I still couldn't get the machine to work and she wasn't leaving her desk. All other staff were very helpful on a variety of questions.

Location is excellent, 5 min walk from train station and walkable to city centre also. Clean, spacious, great for a night or 2 stay. Breakfast options were only ok but this is due to personal preference more than anything. Would have liked more options of pancakes, waffles, etc and fruit options very limited.

great location near the station, the single plus room is sufficient in size for a solo traveller. early check-in was great. the breakfast is not outstanding, but sufficient. air condition works very well during the hot summer. No safe in the room. The key entry system is annoying, took sometimes couple of minutes to get the door opened via the phone app. the walls are very thin, I got waken up do to some other person's iphone charger making a beeping noise in the adjacent room.

The hotel was very flexible and supportive, allowing early check in and late check out when they were able, and to store luggage while we were out. Very welcoming always with a cold beverage or snack. We in part chose the hotel due to air conditioning availability as well as ability to accommodate 3 persons (junior suite) - and on both fronts it was perfect! Location near the train station very convenient for travel (we stayed the night before and the night after travel which was perfect; if we had been staying more days to visit Zurich perhaps we would have stayed more in the historic side of town).

The rooms and the whole hotel are pretty small, but this is the only downside. The breakfast was excellent, the location is right next to the train station and next to the tram station as well. There is a grocery store and a starbucks right next door. The rooms have an excellent AC and are pretty quiet given the location. Everything was clean and well organized. If we're in Zurich again, I'd stay here again.
