Amazing place to stay in Zurich at a budget, hosted by an amazing and helpful lady Adelina, who made the stay like at home, gave good tips and made me feel very welcome. Hostel is located in a quiet part of Zurich, accessible by public transportation. Very comfy beds with all needed for privacy even in mixed rooms, as well has a beautiful inner patio garden with sunbed and chill zone. All amenities (kitchen, bathroom, lockers, etc) are present and working well, place is overall very clean and very quiet. Next time will be happy to stay again.

I loved the staff - so welcoming and warm!! The hotel room was great with everything one would need for a longer or shorter stay. The location was very convenient to catching public transport and even walking at night. Not applicable

The clenliness of the place was great. The common living room, kitchen and dining nook were very comfortable. Great olace to meet and introduce yourself to other guests. The terrace outside was nice to visit. At night there are lit umbrellas making for a cozy space to hang out. The bathroom was clean, and the water hot. You have to take off your shoes and use common slippers. Not a big deal, just a bit brusque when told. The doors could be made a bit quieter so to not disturb your roommates, especially during a late return or early departure.

The breakfast was really good. The staff was super nice. The only thing that was annoying to me is the Wi-Fi doesn’t work so I have to use my own data and it’s quite expensive. I spend like over three nights there so I hope they can fix it, but unfortunately, from the first day I arrived till the departure day I left it was still the problem and haven’t yet been resolved ,but the location was super good and the breakfast was good and the services and the staffing are all pretty good so I still recommend this hotel to everybody

This was my first time visiting a hostel, and I was quite nervous at first, thinking it might not be comfortable. However, I had a very good experience overall. The people were kind and friendly, and the hostel had all the necessary amenities, including a kitchen, balcony, and terrace. The bathroom was not very good, and it lost points for the place overall. The owner was not very polite at first—she made me wait about 10 minutes while talking on the phone with a family member. Overall, though, she was generally courteous.

Cleanliness & Management Beds in lower side are better then above … So it make it very uncomfortable

Extremely clean. Owner asks you to take off shoes when you enter. Only hostel I would feel comfortable showering without shoes. To be fair I was there during a heat wave, but it was extremely hot when I was trying to sleep.

Clean, nice staff, convenient for my trip location. Also, it is a river with public beaches nearby and only 15-20 minutes to the city center by tram. A bit too early check out (10:00), but that is fine, you can request a later check out for an additional fee, if I am not mistaken

It’s a bit far from the center

The lady managing the place is just not nice. Quite ruthless manner and didn't inform of the check-out hour. Not happy with this.

too many people inside a small place, small rooms, only 2 toilets shared with other 20/30 people and no security, room keys, cameras, my food got stolen in the fridge 3 times
