Shuttle was on time and was great to have since the hotel is not close to the airport.

I was only in town for a day but it was only a five minute walk to my appointment. The staff was all fantastic. Helpful and friendly. The restaurant and bar are also very nice and open pretty late.

Poorly maintained property,pool was closed bathroom was dated and not taken cared for. Staff was not apologetic for the pool or lack of amenities. Maid service did not replenish towels no trash can liners. Overall I'd give this hotel 2 1/2 star rating

We were not advised about the executive lounge not being open on weekends

The room wasn’t clean. There was a broken lamp shade. The bathroom had trash in it with a marijuana cartridge in the trash. The drawers were dirty and room service was burnt and over priced.

Hotel was very clean. Staff was helpful and very comfortable room.

They do offer shuttle service, but only when someone is there to drive. There was never anyone there when I needed a shuttle to or from the airport, which was an extra expense I wasn’t expecting since they claim they offer it. Other than that, everything was wonderful.
