Hilton Albany

It was a great place but the mattress was a little firmer than we like. It was clean. The air conditioner didn't seem to cool the room as much as it should have. We had to pay extra for breakfast and for parking.

The bathroom was dated. The tub had visible rust around the drainage. The water didn’t drain properly from the tub, so it accumulated.

All of the staff at the hotel were super helpful and friendly. The room was great. We enjoyed the breakfast and appetizers in the executive lounge. It was a delightful stay.

The hotel had no air conditioning in rooms and bathroom toilet wasn’t flushing. Hotel manager slow response in changing my room.

Run down property. Bathroom had broken fixtures. Nightstands were stained and appeared dirty. Furniture in room was in disrepair.

Lisa in the restaurant was very nice and helpful.

These are surly petty complaints, but for the cost and the few hours we were in the room, we were disappointed. Staff however was very friendly and helpful.

The room was standard, but clean. The bathroom was very small. It is impossible to access the shower when the door is open. The staff was very stoic, borderline standoffish, and unwelcoming and unfriendly. Their attempt to be nice or friendly comes off very fake. They were very matter-of-fact and not very flexible.

The restaurant was so so. No other restaurants in area. Room was great though!

Clean friendly and comfortable

Convenient location, clean, comfortable room, nice city views. The $20 parking garage was a surprise, but it was very convenient to the front door and didn't mind paying once there.

Centrally located hotel. Great for large groups

Not a good experience. Room wasn’t available when we arrived at 11:30. We had to wait 20 minutes for reception to find room which was aggravating after a long drive and feeling tired. Parking garage was gross with overflowing trash containers. Would recommend other hotel options if available.

Tried for over an hour to call for shuttle from airport and no answer with two people continuously calling. When finally phone answered and shuttle arrived the driver was not only irritated to come, but drove fast and aggressive entire war to hotel. Then to top it off the shuttle reeked of Marijuana! Beds were rock hard and very low water pressure. Also thin walls. Could hear person in next room every time they went to the bathroom.

Property is nice. Bed is comfy.
