The hotel itself is pretty and in a good central spot of downtown. The rooms were clean, the a/c worked well. The staff isn't overly friendly and took a long time to get any sheets for our pull out couch and also the phone in our room wasn't working. The facilities could use some TLC, but overall fine.

The hotel is good! Location, rooms, clean etc Some of ehe stuff was really bad Especially the morning stuff on Sun June 14th… No one deserves such a bad behavior (especially at such a expensive hotel)

Bar was great. Restaurant food very good. Room had a light out, leaky shower and sticky floors.

Our rooms and beds were comfortable and lovely. We had a middle of the night arrival, and the staff member could not connect our Marriott loyalty number to our folio but offered lounge passes as service recovery. Dining option food service was a bit slow, but the staff were lovely. Being able to walk through the tunnels to get to The Egg was wonderful for an evening show.
