Loved the hotel and location, just wished they had their own parking so I could charge it to the room since they authorize incidental charges.

The location was convenient to the theater, has a brewery right next door, a park across the street, urban artwork, and an English pub around the corner. (As well as expensive, inconvenient parking. Seriously, I had to go out at 6 am to move my car. Not ideal.) Overall, it was a great stay.

The mattress lost its firmness, we found it was re-seamed in a couple of sections, sign of its age. Breakfast area is too small, providing insufficient seating for the number of customers. I noticed several of them decided to leave with their food after searching for an available seat. The hotel does not have its own parking area. Clients need to use a city parking lot, not secured or monitored. Certainly that does not inspire any confidence. We would not recommend nor plan to come again.

We booked this property for convenience to the Amtrak Train. The property was very nice. It was a little confusing to get to the check in desk. When you arrive you must use a non-labeled elevator to get to re next level where check in was located. Everything after this was outstanding. The rooms were very nice and quiet. The complimentary breakfast buffet was very good as well. I would definitely book again if I was in the area.

Would definitely come back. Great lobby experience - had to wait some time for my train to Chicago and the Lobby was exceptional.

It’s convenient to access highways, downtown, and riverside parks. The neighborhood is clean, quiet, and safe. Excellent for a short visit.

The place was clean the food was great. One downfall was the area, not the best location and you had to pay for parking daily which was expensive.
