Location and the stairs. Service, twins pushed together, all linen and towels were stained.

The room had what was required. Fortunately, we were on the ground floor. The location was great.

No AC just a fan

I didn’t like any from this property! It was filthy, smelt like MOLD, had serious safety concerns and had to leave the property before my stay was over. The smell was moldy, the female Lee walked into my hotel room unannounced and was shocked when she saw I was in the room. She closed the door immediately and then knocked and was out of breath from being caught of guard… which was weird because myself and my partner were in shock because she walked into the room without a knock. She took a photo of the bed and said it was for house keeping, which they don’t have housekeeping come unless requested… and we never did request it. Overall if you wnat to find a place to actually relax and feel safe DO NOT GO HERE!!! also MOLD IS SO BAD!

Very noisy, both sound from the street, and from within the premises. Soundproof is very, very poor. Room very small with very basic comfort, shower kind of broken, hair from previous clients... So value for money for very low

beds were comfortable room was super small and not at all spacious, towered over the shower head and i’m only 5’3.

The property is convenient for street walking with public transportation nearby The bathroom is so tight and has issues with the sink and shower area (they are clogged), I notified the receptionist but nobody fixed them. And there’s not enough toilet paper.

Location. April 2026. Staff barely even talked to us. Didn’t even say thank you or anything when we checked out. It’s under construction. This was never shared with us. We paid for a canal view room and couldn’t see it because the whole front of the hotel is covered in a draping. No discount nor compensation offered.

the pillows were awkwardly hard and had a square shape that didn’t help the comfortability.

The room was cold and dirty. And towels were dirty as well.

The stairs are a bit of a hazard especially when bringing luggage up/down stairs

The sink is broken but the fixed it The tv is not working and we asked to fix but they didn’t do anything There is no free breakfast or at least coffee The receptionist is not helpful at all

The heater some times is off and the rooms gets cold

I really liked the location for the property and the option to have house cleaning daily. Room presented afterwords was clean but basic. Heat worked well once it was turned on. The stairs! They are steep and small, not good for carrying heavy luggage up and down. Walls are paper thin (yes, you hear EVERYTHING) No on-site options for snacks, coffee/tea etc.

Location was very convenient. The staff were friendly and respectful. The parking is way far from the hotel itself. We booked a room with three twin beds and a full bed and we got a room with three single beds and a full bed! When we asked about it they said they have no idea and there are no twin beds in this room even though it clearly said the beds were twin in the booking statement! They did not even apologize and said they don't know why the booking confirmation and the page in the booking.com listed the room as twin beds! The parking spot was suppose to cost 20 euros but cost 25 euros all of the sudden! The room was not well equipped and as basic as possible and did not even have a box of tissues!

The property was in a great area. The staff were super nice and the bedding was comfortable. The stairs were small but definitely doable!

This hotel double booked my reservation and offered no refund I paid for 2 rooms and they only offered 1 room, avoid this hotel. Didn’t try to make it right with the customer
