The location of the hotel could be challenging for someone. But close to Astana 1 railway station. Pressure of water could be better.

Modern clean and comfortable. The staff is amazing. Very professional and friendly. Willing to offer help and advise .Nice quiet location. Breakfast buffet is wonderful. P A bit away from city center, butvthatcwas our fault.

Everything was alright. But usually according to the Genius level 3 hotel offer breakfast for free. But Ramada did not comply with Genius Level 3 benefits and i should contact Booking.com regarding situation.

Location was very good. A lot of interesting places and restaurants near. Hotel room was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Spa and pool haven’t tried. Many thanks to Zhuldyz, she was very welcoming and professional. Everything was okay.

Location is excellent. breakfast selection satisfactory, MOST of the staff at the front desk warm, welcoming and helpfué as needed. A few staff members at the front desk seemed uninterested to respond to customers' requests. It was necessary to select whom to talk to.

An excellent hotel, I would even name it a 5-star hotel. Everything was excellent, the staff at the reception, the location, the amenities, the restaurant and the breakfast. Extremely polite and helpful staff. Truly outstanding.

Everything was perfect, value for money is amazing! Very spacious rooms, delicious and high quality breakfast with a lot of varieties, good location, very helpful and lovely staff especially during checkin Miss BOTAKOZ was extremely helpful and kind, with this first impression everything went very well in this hotel! Nothing, we were completely pleased in this hotel!

Ramada overcharged me by billing my card 3 times for the room and have still not refunded the full amount.

• Located in a peaceful and beautiful area of the city. • Junior suite was clean and well-maintained. • Shower was excellent, with a handheld option. • Very good street view from the room. • AC and overall thermal comfort were excellent. • Staff were friendly and always smiling. • Wi-Fi connection was reliable. • Location is a bit far from main attractions and the Expo site – better suited for quiet stays rather than sightseeing. • No water sprays/shattafs in the toilet, which was inconvenient. • Reception area did not match the high-end look shown in photos. • Bar ground floor was always closed during the stay. • Cannot comment on breakfast as it was not included.
