Blue palm was absolutely stunning property. It was even more lovely in person than it was in the photos. Every element was perfect. The gardens were gorgeous. The pool was so unique and beautiful. The staff was so friendly. The furniture and design elements in the rooms were beautiful. Honestly, I travel a lot in Mexico. And the Hallmark, by which I will judge all other Mexican boutique hotels. There was not anything that we did not like. We loved it all.

A oasis in the middle of town beautiful and peaceful.

The full breakfast was excellent! The winding long pool with hammocks, lounge chairs and trees made it perfect to relax and seemed more private. Staff were great at helping us book a tour or give advice. Slight odor came from sink drain, so I just rested a wet washcloth over it.

Beautiful oasis in the middle of sleepy town. Staff was friendly and accommodating love the free bicycles. Great massages. Short walk to the lagoon. I loved everything parking was easy and so was checking in and out. Breakfast was very good as well.

This city center hotel was gorgeous! When you enter this hotel you are overcome with a sense of peace and tranquility. The grounds are so beautifully landscaped and the pool is so inviting. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. This hotel is very conveniently located. It's a short walk to the main square, restaurants, The Fort and to the lagoon. Wonderful full breakfast is included. Bike are available for guest use (although we didn't use because we were able to walk everywhere). Rooms were clean, air conditioned and had ample storage. Each rooms faces the pool and has a little patio out front with a hammock. Would love to come back with a group of friends. Loved everything about this place!
