It is lush and pretty. Very small property. The rooms are loud. Beds rock hard. Smell of septic in bathroom gagging.

The toilet did not work, and we had to ask for toilet paper, there was someone flashing lights in our room from our side window

Good value. Spacious, clean room, functional AC. Very quiet, yet within minutes of central square, restaurants, public access to the lagoon. Nice setting with gardens. They provide drinking water. Beds were only moderately comfortable, water pressure and hot water suboptimal. Not a traditional hotel - staff not always present.

Price was ok. Missing kitchen, missing lockers. We had just one key.. missing racks and shelfs to put items on

The location was great- a 10 minute walk to the centre and a 5 minute walk to the lagoon, quiet but peaceful and calm. Really chilled place, and had everything you need. The room was really nice but the shower was not great, but that is being quite picky. Otherwise was great.

We're so happy we were able to stay here! It's a little oasis in a quiet street near the waterside. Our room had it's own porch and outside basic kitchen, which was super nice! The beds are comfortable, the room and bathroom were clean, there's always free water during the day and coffee/tea in the morning. There's a big community fridge you can use. The staff doesn't speak English but is super friendly and always willing to help out. There's many places to eat and drink nearby, we could of stayed here much longer! The mosquito net on the window could use a repair and a fan would be nice to get the heat out of the room naturally. That said, the AC worked without trouble!

Clean, comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, excellent location

The location is a short 5-10 minute walk from the main square. The room was comfortable and quiet. It was very clean and had well maintained. There is a fridge by reception to store food and drink and free drinking water. There is also free coffee and pastries for breakfast at reception. The staff were lovely. All of them were very friendly, professional and welcoming. My Spanish isn't great so we used Google translate at times but there were no real communication issues. I was able to leave my bag with them whilst I went off to visit the Cenote Azule which is about an hour's walk away. You can get to the lagoon docks easily from the accomodation too. There are tables to sit and enjoy the evening and morning outside each room and the garden is really pretty and well maintained. Thoroughly recommend and I will visit here again if I return! Thank you! Nothing I didn't like!

We like the silent cute little cabin with a really cute porch, the place have lots of plants flowers and just really nice greenery It's an elderly couple, and they are really sweet! Very close to the Laguna

The floor was flat and mostly level, nice flowers and landscaping. Thatch roof has holes and vermin living in it, animal droppings on the beds. Mosquito nets with holes in them. Lumpy pillows and crinkly plastic mattress covers. Loud industrial fans and loud location. The water pressure was low with clogged shower head. I was actually shocked by the electric water heating shower head, as in literally electrically shocked when I touched the stream of water!!⚡ I went around the back and turned off the breaker, this ground fault could kill someone. Use caution!!

The place is lovely quiet and so nice with its garden. A big public so free pier to the lagoon is just 1 minute away by walking. We planned to stay for 3 nights but now are already staying for 9 nights. Let’s see when we really like to escape this beauty! Nothing
