The location and the cleanliness There was a power outage and we were without AC for 3 hours

The property was perfect, all the plants and hammocks and the access to the lagoon is perfect. I also liked that the kayaks and paddle boards are included. Needs more parking

location, location, location!!! right on the water, nice and quite and beautiful turquoise waters!! Our little cabin was just Perfect. All amenities were available , (kayaks, paddle boards) Excellent customer service , definitely will return.

Having the swings and kyaks was great, most places don't have that. The location is good.

Exactly like in the picture, quiet romantic, no loud music, not overly crowded, beautiful views. Our room included kayaking, paddle boarding, and swimming in the beautiful seven color lagoon. The pillows were a little too hard aside from that everything was exceptional

Beautiful property on the lakefront with gorgeous patio area. We stayed in the cabin on the water and it was amazing! They offer free kayaks and paddleboards (although they are not in greatest shape but still usable). Will stay here again next time we are in Bacalar!

Amazing location It is almost like glamping Low water pressure. It could use more shade

It was colorful love the plants Sheets were old and my kids and I couldn’t sleep because we saw 2 lizards inside the cabin.. and other mosquitos .. Life jackets were old and ripped .. We left at 4 o’clock in the morning and couldn’t sleep on a night before because there was a lot of music on up to two in the morning. Love the view but will not come back here

Right on the lagoon. Super friendly staff that caters to all our needs. Very tasty breakfast. They need to ensure the inside of each house is maintained. The cabinet was falling apart in bathroom. The hanging tube in closet rusty. The patio door screen broken. It is a beautiful property but maintaining it is important.

Didn't stay here, but they wrote me the day of the reservation saying the power was out and if I booked somewhere else they would refund my money. Well in a panic found another hotel and now they're lying saying I stayed there and trying to charge me.

Everything is perfect

Didn’t like that the AC was in the top of the bed. So it got a little hot in the room. Need a fan for extra veeeze

Room was in a perfect location. Very quiet and relaxing. My room was directly on the lake and had a lot of little extras. Good bar on site. The town and numerous restaurants were an easy $5 cab ride away. Would definitely recommend. Access to food/snacks on the first day at the property was disappointing.

Life jackets were kinda old some ripped or broken but that is probably the only complaint

it was a nice property to go to the cenotes with kayaks which were provided.

the rooms are super small, not worth the price compared to other places in Bacalar, you can hear all kind of notices. only one person at the small restaurant, poor breakfast and the lady was rude, the bar was closed most of the time that we stay there.

Beautiful relaxing hotel with the perfect views. Loved having the kayaks and the paddles available anytime. Javier was amazing! He makes the stay a lot better. He goes out of his way for the guests. Everything was perfect, but maybe having the restaurant open for later hours would be a nice option.
