This could be a nice hotel, the rooms are spacious and offer value for money It is impossible to sleep well in this hotel, there is loud music in a bar next door every evening until late at night (at least 2 AM), even on weekdays. And if there is no music, there are roosters keeping you awake. This is really disappointing, it could be a very nice hotel, but I would definitely not come back here

Fine room, large, big beds, nice little pool, good location, own parking lot breakfast sucks (only some yogurt, milk, cereal and fruit which looked a bit rotten) staff couldnt speak english loud music (but we know that before we booked, so it was okay)

If you’re not raised like an hispanic like me, where u can fall asleep with music outside this is not your spot. I really loved the music to fall asleep lol. Very good situated! Great bed. The breakfast is NOT a breakfast. It said so on the room it was a coffeebreak… we got coffee and cookies -.-

Great location, close to the lake and the main plaza, lots of nice restaurants nearby. Big comfy bed and parking in the property Breakfast was hardly a breakfast, if you need more than instant coffee and plain cereal with milk count on eating out. Also, the bar downhill had live music each night until at least 11pm

Big rooms, very clean. Pool could be cleaner, no ventilation in the bathroom so very damp, breakfast was just a little snack.

The room was big, clean & spacious. The staff were friendly. It was walking distance to everything we needed and the best taco restaurant just up the road. We would definitely stay here again.

Location was close to the town square and the lagoon. The beds were comfortable. The air-conditioning in room was excellent. Price made the 'didn't likes' ok, but a bad shower was disappointing. The shower was terrible, a trickle of water. The staff spoke no Engliah at all, which is fine but just hard to communicate with. The music next door is very loud, at least it is a band and salsa music, bring earplugs, music until 2am every night. Internet wasn't very good in the rooms. No help with tours etc. TV didn't work, didn't really matter for us.

Close to the center and to the lagoon. Easy to find taxi in the Main Street 50 meters away. The keys were hard to use, the pool didn’t feel very clean and the breakfast was almost non existent. There wasn’t enough food for everyone who stayed really.

Nice stay close to the lagoon. Room was very spacious and clean, service was friendly. The plaza is only about a 5 minute walk away.

Great place to stay, super clean, friendly staff

Very friendly staff, spacious room, clean, nice pool area to rest. We loved the location, but it's not for everyone - on the weekends you can hear loud music from salsa club. Small breakfast (yoghurt, cereals, coffee, tea, cookies) was included. Everything was perfect. One small con was lack of microwave in the room which was showed on the pictures but you can easily access it in common space.

The room was big enough for 3 people and the location was very central. They provide nice pool towels. Car park in front of the room. The staff was nice. We did not like the noise of the night club down the road . Fortunately they stop around midnight . We were there in a Thursday and Friday nights. We also did not like the bathroom : the shower hard was leaking so water splashed everywhere and also the Toilet basin was leaking from underneath. The breakfast consists on one apple, paquet of biscuits, and coffee powder. No water jar or glasses to fill in water from the tap and store it in the fridge.
