Location No tv and no minibar

Close to the malls The hotel did not want to help to iron our cloths, claimed did not have an iron, claimed did not have a microwave to heat our food. The second day the AC leaked water in my phone, though I told the manager did not bother I had to change the board at the repair shop at the MBK mall costing around US100. The room was sometimes cleaned at 5.00p.m when we were relaxing after shopping. We change rooms 4 times in the 10 days stay

I like this hotel because easy to find and near to another attraction place for tourist.staff frond counter very friendly and can speak English. I would like suggest hotel to put mind your step or any sign at entrance door stair..because at night I and my friend miss step ,end up with sprain ankle

I requested the room with the nice room. But they provided me the room in the inner room with smelly condition. They didn't clean the room by day basic. And they didn't provide room amenities by day basic for e.g. water.

It is near MBK and other shopping malls. For travelling BTS stationis is very close by. . The room is so bad smell. Looks like it is coming from drain pipe. Back side of the room, there is a restaurant, can hear the noise of people chatting, washing dishes, and loud music noise. Could not sleep for the noise and stink room. I have never experienced this in my life. It's terrible. I stayed room number 1, and it's on the down floor. I have stayed only 1 night, and I couldn't sleep that whole night. It is disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel for someone else.

Location very close to shopping mall. Toilet very small and shower not so good.

Location is nearby food stall and some city centre . But would be better if it's nearer to train station or MRT Room is too small and harder to lock the door .
