Amazing room, view, amenities. Spent most of our time on the patio, enjoying the fire pits and views and pool!

Perfect location in Bend, just a short driving distance to downtown. Clean hotel located on the river.

Amazing stay here. We got a room with 2 queens and 2 bunk beds. Our kids thought the bunk beds were amazing and wanted to Hang out in their "upstairs' space all the time. The gym was great, clean and had everything you need. The pool was fantastic and we spent hours swimming and getting poolside snacks. Overall, one of the best places we've ever stayed. No breakfast provided but there is a restaurant on site and many spots within 10 minutes driving to get food. Also, across the street and walking distance to a grocery store and a few clothing stores.

Beautiful hotel on a rushing creek. Good restaurant and scenery.
-
A very nice 3-star hotel overall. If the bed had been more comfortable, I would have given 5 stars.
-
Carpet in the room was very wet in one spot and never dried, there were holes in the screen door to the porch, dingy looking room, extremely weak water pressure and shower did not get hot enough. Housekeeping by request only but when I called the phone rang for more than five minutes and no one answered. The hot tub was filled half way only and was cloudy.

Loved our stay, staff was very helpful, the room was clean and the scenery was the best part. Very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere! We will definitely be back!

Based on all the good reviews I read I thought it was going to be amazing. It was just okay. It was pretty clean, didn’t have good WiFi at all. The fire pit outside was nice. I would say this was an average hotel with a luxury price tag.

Wonderful property. Complete surprise how wonderful the location is. We immediately booked a second night. Tremendous staff. Will definitely be back.

GREAT RIVER ROOMS BETTER VIEWS FROM UPSTAIRS. EVERYTHING HERE WAS PERFECT FOR OUR STAY!

We enjoyed the pool and restaurant service available there. The property was clean and the maid service was great. We stayed in the two full bed and 2 bunk bed (sleeps 6). The beds were not very comfortable and very low to the ground considering they were for adults. The bunk bed mattress was ok but with no railing blocking the stairs we had a kid fall and hurt his back and ribs. He is not a rough sleeper so we were a little shocked when he fell from the bed.

Our stay started off a bit rocky. The line to check-in took a while and then by the time I got to the front, I was notified that the room we booked (river view + fire pit) wasn’t available due to a broken fire pit. Since I booked through a third party (Expedia) they said they were not able to adjust the payment to the cost of just the river view (we paid extra to also have the fire pit). They did, however, give us free breakfast for each of us at their on-site restaurant which was delicious by the way! The room was very spacious and the view of the river was beautiful. The entire property is gorgeous and if we had more time there, we would have enjoyed the very well heated pool!

The room is big enough but no so clean behind the bed super dirty, the little fridge dirty and sticky, the shower curtain was smelly like a towel that is wet and you let it sit for a long time with no air, the coffee maker dirty as well with old dirty water in the catch tray, the first day I asked for a cleaning and they took more then 5 hours to clean, second day my wife asked for house keeping and clean towels in the morning then we went out and came back around 5pm to find out that nobody did anything , wife called again and finally someone showed up after 30 minutes.
