After we checked in and got to our hotel room, the door was left open. The shower wasn’t clean on the floor and there was hair still stuck on the side of the wall.

Fabulous location

Overall, had a fine experience. Main issue was some mold in the shower in the room, and lots of mold in the common area steam room. Like enough that it was pretty gross and had a strong mildew smell.
-
We had a nice room with a fire pit , however ,our view was obstructed by plants. That was a little disappointing .

They tried to collect a 19 %gratuity charge at check in , And I was not aware of $10 per day parking permit charge .

We got into our room at 7 p.m. Bugs on the nightstand and in (IN) our bedsheets as well as hairs in the bathroom sink and bathtub. I'm not sure what they did during the hour I waited in the lobby. No housekeeping service happened while we were out the next day. Three calls, every 45 mins with promises and no one showing up. I finally had to shower using a wet towel from the floor in order to get ready for our evening engagement. The manager promised that she would get the room serviced before we returned late evening. Back from our evening, we did get towels and the bed was made, but the bathroom was uncleaned. Pool was cloudy and under maintenance and the electric door to our building broke three times during our stay and we had to carry heavy luggage up/down extra staircases (no elevator). I wrote a polite, detailed note to the manager and asked for a reply and have heard nothing. Every phone and in-person interaction was smiles and happiness - and then did nothing. Gorgeous setting. Really disfunctional management and cleaning. Awesome call-out to the people in the lounge. Their service and food great

Love the amenities

I had an injury 2 weeks before our stay and I was using a walker and crutches. We were offered an ADA room. Nice and big, plenty of room to move around in The room, at the end of the hall, was next door to the cleaning supply room. Was pretty noisy at times in the A.M. And the person above was had elephant feet !

property has been modernized, seemed well staffed and pleasant

Comfortable beds Option to have two adult beds and two kid beds Balcony Outdoor pool and hot tub was closed our entire stay when that is the reason we booked the property, no offer for compensation when bringing this up upon check out Charges for parking in addition to room when there is enough parking Small details like broken bathroom door lock, older carpet, super understaffed coffee shop in the morning

The staff was amazing and the rooms were very clean. The outdoor pool was out of commission which was pretty disappointing since we came in August and it was in the '80s. We would have enjoyed the pool. Very very pet friendly

Great location and nice private fire pit outside
-
On the downside, the outdoor pool and hot tub were both closed for maintenance. There are no elevators which was an inconvenience due to some health issues. The entrance door to the building would stick periodically so we often had to take a different exit or entrance that meant another flight of stairs. We reported it multiple times to staff during our 3 night stay and other guests confirmed that they reported it too, but it was never fixed during our stay. Our coffee maker was missing a part and wouldn’t work, but the staff quickly replaced it when we reported it. There are no microwaves in the rooms. Despite the issues we experienced, we loved our stay and definitely will return the next time we take a trip to Bend!

Great stay for family of 5! The kids were elated to have bunk beds & pool time! Sad the hot tub was down for service. Super comfy amenities!! Beds were cozy, we’ll be back! Thanks!!

The hotel and room were excellent, I loved it! 🏨😍 The front desk was very friendly, and they're pet-friendly 🐾. They welcomed my Dalmatian with a bag of treats and a water bowl!

Our visit was for 4 nights. Disappointed that shower curtain was smelly. I requested fresh towels daily and they did not bring them unless I called daily. On Tuesday morning I requested room service, we had trash and used towels from the previous days and they never showed up. My husband had to take out the trash to the dumpsters. They left our towels in a bag at our door but never went in to clean up. The premises were very clean but for the price of the rooms I would expect some service. Will not stay there again specially since we had to self serv..

Great location and nice rooms The undisclosed add on fees made what would have been a great experience just a regret.

This place is awesome. If we are in the area again we will absolutely stay. The staff is incredible, the restaurant was fantastic, we got the room with a fire pit and got s’mores and ate out by the river. It was really amazing! 10/10 recommend

The location is beautiful right along the river. There is a very nice restaurant as part of the complex. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was perfect for a one-night stay as part of a longer trip.

Very very good experience. Cute hotel by the lodge. The location was so good, you can buy everything and food within walking distance from the property. Wish we could spend more time here.
