The staff were incredibly friendly and warm. However the hotel itself was severely lacking. The Internet was out, there were holes in the walls in the room, the pool never had towels, the cable TV kept cutting out. That being said the Jacuzzi tub was nice.

Yes, the only thing holding it back is the restaurant and no lounge wich they say they have.

Grounds were not taken care of. Lobby was a playroom for the kids of front desk staff. Toys, food and garbage all over. He was friendly-ish but not stellar service by any stretch. It was essentially his living room. Place needs help, but still comfortable enough.

Pros- Beautiful view of the river, bed was large and comfortable, spa tub was relaxing, even though you have to get out to turn the jets off and on. Check in and out was smooth and the price was great.

This hotel is outdated. All furniture, bathroom fixtures, tv, power sources are from the 90s.

the staff were wonderful, it was a 13-year-old girl's birthday party that we were having there they accommodations were great and it was awesome to have access to the conference rooms and the saunas

Loved the room! View was beautiful bed was huge! Super quiet loved that as well! Definitely be staying again soon!

The beds and linens and towels were clean. The floor of the bathroom, bedroom, and outside hallways were filthy. Couldn’t get additional clean towels for room or for the pool; were told there weren’t any. I understand this was a holiday weekend but not great service or cleanliness.

Yes, the staff was very nice and very comfortable to be there. Had a beautiful room. I recommend Shiloh anytime to anyone.

The condition of the rooms are dated and they need repairs. In one room things were broken so I had to be moved. The second room the lights didn’t work. I was told that they are under new management so hopefully they get the facilities repaired.

We didn’t have hot water for the shower. The water temperature was lukewarm. Wasn’t a great experience.

Poor maintenance no TV remote no table in the. room. Back screen door broken. Clean and quiet.

It had been a few years since we have stayed here and it has really been neglected since that time. Wallpaper was coming off the walls, trim was missing in the bathroom, linens were too short for the bed and it doesn't appear to have been updated since it was built. Two days after we checked out, we learned there was a shooting in the parking lot from a party that was in one of the rooms. This place has really changed and it is a shame, as it once was one of the nicer hotels in Bend, OR.
