Nice place with a good breakfast. The staff were friendly and the place was well cared for. Would stay here again.

We did have an issue with the deadbolt on our first room, which would not lock properly. The staff handled the situation very well and were helpful and accommodating in finding us another room. We appreciated how quickly they addressed the problem and made sure we had a room where we felt secure and comfortable. Being on the first floor was especially convenient, with our car parked right outside the door. This made it very easy to load and unload our belongings, which was ideal for a one-night stay. It would also be a great option for travelers visiting Bend for outdoor activities, especially if you have bikes, camping equipment, skis, or other gear that you need to transport and store. The room itself was comfortable and met our needs. The beds were comfortable, the shower had plenty of hot water, and everything was adequate for a short stay. Breakfast was fairly basic, but it included the essentials and there was coffee available, which was a nice way to start the morning. Overall, this hotel offered good value for the price. It may not make the best first impression from the outside, but the comfortable room, convenient parking, helpful staff, and reasonable breakfast made it a solid choice.

Had a nice stay.

The hotel had a good breakfast and the pool had a bunch of floats and water toys for the kids which I thought was cool and the rooms bedding was clean which for me is extremely important

Upon checking in at approx. 6:00-6:30, Megan was incredibly friendly, helpful, and would have gone the extra mile if needed. A great employee. Check in and check out was easy. Rooms were well appointed. Linens could’ve been newer, but we’d stay again.

Breakfast was awesome Toothpaste and a coffee package were open. Could not get internet in the room

Everything was clean, and everyone was really friendly. We loved the pool and the variety of breakfast options. One of the nicest places we have ever stayed!!

The room had crumbs on the table and bits of paper on the floor. Beds were not comfortable. The front desk guy was very nice and helpful. There were a few local transient and addicts hanging out in the back near the pool.

We had a good experience. It was a little dated, but overall totally acceptable. The mager went out of his way ro find us a room to do an early check in which was super helpful for us.

The amenities are really good! Continental breakfast had quite a few breakfast options. Actually probably one of the better ones that I’ve been to. We enjoyed the pool it was private. The rooms were very clean and I couldn’t get my iPhone to click on five stars for some reason or I would’ve given that. The whole property was clean, and well maintained for an older property. There was plenty of parking. Most importantly, the staff was amazing. I have always used Expedia just to travel by airplane but I used it this time to book a third-party stay. I had no idea this can cause issues. Book through the hotel! However, we had the best Mgr. on staff at the time we were there. His name was Josh. He handled our snafu professionally and was very helpful. They were a lot of people checking in and a long line forming behind me, but he kept his composure and finish the transaction and then helped the others kindness, and courtesy. I would highly recommend this property, the only downside in my opinion is some of the rooms need some updating. Book the deluxe rooms if you want the creature comforts. Overall is a wonderful place to stay. There’s a market right next to the hotel and a gas station. Burger King right across the road! And honestly for me having the Help staff just made the trip even better! Thank you so much for making her stay enjoyable!

Great spot!

Kind of dirty, the floor was filthy and the bathroom floor was soaking wet when we checked in. They gave us bath mats for the pool instead of actual towels. Also kind of stingy with towels in a two queen room there should be more than two bath towels. You shouldn't have to ask for more towels. Breakfast wasn't terrible and parking was easy. Location was pretty central.

I love the fact that my room was pet-friendly. There is a nice area to walk the dog with bags and disposal cans available. The location is good for me. I love the fact that my room was pet-friendly. There is a nice area to walk the dog with bags and disposal cans available. My room could have been cleaner though. I used a washcloth to wipe water from the dog bowl off of the floor so I wouldn’t slip and fall (I’m a senior citizen) and it was black! I guess washing the floor isn’t a priority. It’s a pet-friendly room after all. After that I was grossed out. For $200 a night I guess I expected better.

Comfortable bed It took 1.5 hrs to actually get into our room. Our originally assigned room wasn’t clean. Our new room had no towels. With each issue, we had to wait in line quite a while each time.

Missing bedding - the secure lock at the door was broken -no Kleenex in room - breakfast was good

A clean, centrally-located motel with desk, table, refrigerator and microwave suited to our one-night stay. Unlike other Expedia properties on this trip it provided a good breakfast with many choices.

The staff was very nice. The room was clean, Breakfast was good.Parking was easy and safe.

Fridge is old and smelled like freon we did not use it. There was an old wash cloth left on the shower. Floor was old and didnt feel comfortable with shoes off. Breakfast was good though

This facility is immaculate and very nice. The staff are very friendly, professional and quick to greet you with a smile. The room was very clean and neat. The bed was comfortable and cozy. Though we didn't eat breakfast there, it looked and smelled wonderful. The only thing that could be improved would be to have the bathroom door hinges oiled (pretty loud and squeaky) but it didn't degrade the experience. Would definitely stay here again.
