Perfect location. We were greeted with a warm welcome from the hosts. The hotel was absolutely spotless including our bedroom which was a good size. The bed was comfy and clean. There were tea and coffee making facilities and most importantly a clean hot shower.

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, and understanding when we rang ahead of our arrival to inform them of a delay. Very clean and very well-presented B&B hotel, with great facilities; our room had an en-suite bathroom with a shower, as well as a shared guest toilet at the end of the hallway. The location was pretty much perfect, a few minutes away from the tower and Show Town, where we saw an exhibition of a friend's photography, as well as where the Christmas market was set up, and a shopping centre and high street nearby as well. It seemed as though we may have been the only guests there when we stayed, but it was the very end of the season and the weather had taken a turn for the wetter and windier, bookmarked by the end-of-season firework display at the Pleasure Beach. Regardless of this, we were welcomed as though it was high season, and the breakfast on the morning of our departure set us up brilliantly for a long day in town and journeying home! All-in-all, an excellenct hotel with great facilities, friendly faces, lovely food, and fast wi-fi (which was crucial due to the poor mobile connection we were suffering). Hardly a complaint, but the air in the room felt a little damp, however at this time of year (end-November) and in a building such as this one, which there are many up and down the surrounding streets, I would challenge anyone to find a room that didn't suffer the same fate :)

Greeting upon arrival. Location and overall a lovely hotel. Only issue was sink in the room was not easy to get to due to shelf on the wall with tea facilies.

A lovely gem, location is ideal, the hosts were so welcoming, room clean, bed was so comfortable, everything about it was absolutely spot on. Thank you Denise and Martin, will absolutely stay here again. The only minor thing was the lighting in the en suite, could be a bit brighter.
