The staff were very friendly. The bed was clean and well made. The carpets were stained and the room was dusty. The lights were dim which gave the room a dark appearance.. The bathroom needed renovating and new towels. The breakfast was minimal it is in a great location across from the river and town was not too far away. There were no extra amenities except a few picnic tables and very good WiFi The place looks really cute and could be amazing with some renovations. The price was too much for what you got.

It’s historic, cute, rustic feel. Great breakfast included. Easy check in/ check out. There is no fitness facilities which it had described on website and hot tub is not for all guests. Great location! Bedding is definitely not luxurious if you are someone who needs hight quality pillows etc for sleeping.

The cozy queen was great. The room is small, but knowing what you’re getting helps.

Friendly staff and great price but the rooms need a facelift.

The location is great. Close to everything

Fantastic all around.

The only sour note in my two stays was Expedia’s refusal to accept the motel management’s approval of my request to drop one night (Aug. 12) from my reservation. Expedia first told me they couldn’t reach management, though I had no trouble doing so. Then Expedia emailed me that management had rejected my request, an outright lie. Two different employees accepted my request but said only Expedia could change the reservation. I won’t be using Expedia again and will discourage others from doing so.

Great location, staff and value. It is an older rustic hotel, but we love it!!

Highly recommend!! Great property with a classic Rocky Mountain lived in look. Worth the trip!
-
Nice cozy place to stay near Pearl Street and Boulder Creek so you get the best of both worlds.

Location was great! No hairdryer in room.

The entire experience from check in to check out. The property is well maintained and in a great location. Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about Boulder.

The location was very good with the mountain right in view. Also, the birds in the trees. The breakfast choices were plentiful for a continental breakfast. Room had not been dusted for many weeks, months, with layer of dust in many places. EX. On the floor by the night stand, there was an empty can, earplug, and dust on the shelf. There was only one towel rack for one towel, so we recommend at least two more racks.

Great location. Charming historic Americana motel.

Love this place! Very clean!

Loved the location; easy to get to anywhere in Boulder. Room felt a little run down. Lighting was very low. Breakfast was very limited. Not sure I’d stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to others.
