They charged me twice for the stay even though I told them I had already paid via booking, and until now (2 weeks later) they haven’t issued the refund

It has a good location, very close to Las Americas mall and restaurants. Also fairly close to the hotel zone. We selected this hotel that is in the city because it has a beautiful pool, BUT since the 1st day we went to swim to the pool and water was dirty, all green, we reported right away and the said that next day will be claeaned, but it wasn't, we reported again for second time with no results, after 7 days of our stay we didn't see any response from them, even that we reported every day in the lobby. Bottom line, we paid for a hotel that has a pool and we couldn't use it all week and hotel Didn't care about our comments. If you select this hotel just for the pool, I don't recommend it at all, don't stay here.

The place was clean, and the staff was very good, people were always ready to help. The bathroom is also spacious. No complaints regarding the room. The breakfast could be better for the price they are charging. One example is the water: there is no free mineral water, and you have to ask for a waiter to receive a glass of water, probably from the tap.

I liked the location I had cockroaches in my room. I asked for a new room, but they ignored me and didn’t give me any other option except to sleep in the nasty room.

A little space to hang the wet clothes would be great

The food was not very tasty. I had some soup and it was very bad flavor wise. It was just not spieling at all good

The staff was very friendly. Bed was comfy. Not a bad place but not a 4 star hotel in my opinion. Bathroom needs an update, towels clean but old, few amenities. Breakfast okay.

Clean and very well kept up. Pool was relaxing. Bed and room furnishings were nice and comfortable. Restaurants were convenient. TVs only had a few TV channels in English. TVs would've allow streaming via Netflix or other services. While pool was awesome, the tile work in and out of it were in pretty rough shape. Steam room was out of order.

The bedsheets were dirty, there was dirt and dust in every corner of the room. There was grime and dirt in the shower and insects crawling across the plates in the restaurant.

Breakfast was good. But it was the same every day Basic toiletries like toothpaste were not there. Had a bad experience with the safe locker. Bathroom sink drain was not functioning properly

Breakfast and rooms super cleaned

We wanted to stay one night in Cancun before flying out to Europe. The hotel was modern, clean, beautiful beds and big shower. The pool and gym superb, even with a shower there. The car parking was under the hotel, connected with lift. The hotel key card was a safetycard too. No entry anywhere without. The late check out was possible for 10 Dollars per hour. Very pleasant indeed. There was no coffee in the lobby. You would have to go to the restaurant or pay for a breakfast in that eatery. The nail spa in that building was expensive and ladies worked slow. No English, no good performance. Don't go there.
