Everything was perfect about this stay! My husband and I stopped here for a day basically to focus on work to continue on with our travels to more remote places. The house is beautiful and clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. AC and wifi were strong! The common areas are all lovely and cozy! The host is helpful and attentive. The location is very secure and there are some places you can walk to for food. There is also Uber Eats available. I would highly recommend this place! Nothing.

In the kitchen there was no fruit in the morning, as mentioned on website. Drinking water bottle in the secret closet was empty.

The place was great. Beautiful inside, a kitchen for general use, safe. We stayed in the top room. The Good - the sun deck. The Bad - steep, steep stairs to the top level. Okay for us, but not for any who struggle with stairs, old or young. The neighborhood felt safe, but odd, at least for what we are used to. For a close by beach, 30 minutes south, go to Puerto Morelos. The drive around the Hotel Zone was nothing worth seeing for us. Any negatives would have to do with Cancun, not this place. Once inside the gate it was an oasis of calm.

Nice gated community The staff. The bed. Laundry hours were added during our stay because one of the staff members was upset we did laundry at 11pm. During the cycle we found our cloths to be hanging out of dryer. If the property description listing has washer and dryer it should also list the hours laundry is available. I was also "upgraded" to a room for 30 bucks more..essentially only upgrade was a private bathroom. The host made it sound like a crazy upgrade.

Isaac and the team were very friendly and supportive. The room was clean and spacious, and the neighbourhood was peaceful and felt safe.

It is not the property’s fault but it was noisy at night, bring earplugs!

This is a beautiful property tucked into a residential area of Cancun. Each booking has a private room, and the rest of the house is shared by all guests. The kitchen and living room have all needed accessories and is very welcoming and comfortable.

Everything was perfectly clean, the bedroom was good for a solo traveler, and overall was very nice

Great value for money. Beautiful room, super nice staff, very clean. Also bonus points for great wifi connection! If i need a cozy and calm place in Cancun again I will for sure come back :)
