NOTHING SEND THE MAJORITY OF THE TIME OUTSIDE and even ate breakfast on another hotel near by Extremely bad, do not believe the pictures on internet. Wonder why the tickets aren’t refundable…we checked in at the same time as a couple and a groupe of friends and they left the next day. We couldn’t unfortunately. The rooms are dirty, the staff mean and unprofessional. Do not take the « breakfast included » option cause you will receive 2 slices of bread and 7 pieces of fruit and a coffee or tea. No buffet at all. They’re SCAMMERS !!!!

Room were so smelly, so suffocation in the hallway, couldn't breathe. Toilet wasn't working, AC wasn't cooling. Bed sheets were smelling so bad.

It was modern and clean. Remote control was broken - replaced Then TV was broken - replaced. No safe. Was missing. Was delivered next day. No refrigerator. Never got one. Bed pillow was horrendous. Left my neck muscle strained for 2 weeks. No replace my for better quality. Took pain meds for a week and slept on beach towel as a pillow. Booking said in listing breakfast included. That’s a lie. Only coffee and some melon fruit slices included. Anything else which was at the self service bar was 175 peso charge. Overall a disappointment. Too expensive for all the wrongs. Eould not recommend it.

Front desk employee polite. The room size is just right for the price. The beds were comfortable, and they cleaned each morning. They provided small water bottles every day in our stay. They had room service any time of the day. The pool area clean provided the pool towels. The view was calm and peaceful, with a bay side view. For coffee lovers, they had a Starbucks available by the front desk area to purchase and snack options. Would also offer food by the card beverage or alcoholic drinks . The beaches available across the main street of the hotel beautiful clear water peaceful playa langosta. All employees in the hotel provided a good service. That they dont offer all exclusive packages.

Great value, a lot cheaper than other places. Pool area was excellent. Easy to get to Hotel Zone or downtown using the R1 and R2 buses or taxi. Large sized room. ATM available in the lobby. Boulevard view means facing the very loud and busy main road (avoid if you get woken easily). No refrigerator in the room. Safe was not working. Staff were okay.

Large room, good views over lagoon from the restaurant. I got too cold as I could not get the room warmer, no early (1pm) check in was available.

This hotel is located almost at the beginning of the hotel zone. From here it is convenient to get to the city center. The amazing Langosta Beach is a 7-10 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel offers magnificent views of the Lagoon. Daily service and friendly staff make you feel comfortable. There are good and not very expensive buffets and restaurants. The place is clean everywhere. I would say that the old furniture needs to be replaced. Mold was visible in the bathroom. The water tap in the bathroom did not work properly, and we could not regulate the temperature of the water in the shower. There is no refrigerator in the room, so we had to use ice to cool something.

Room cleanliness was lacking. Asked to switch rooms bc there were old yellow stains and hairs in our bed sheets. Same issue in all three rooms we stayed it. Water was too hot, even moving all the way to “Cold” the temperature was hot. Overall the hotel needs to invest in new bedding as well as sweeping and mopping floors.
