Excellent facility and perfect location!

The breakfast was great. The hotel was new and clean. The thermostat in the room didn't work very well. Also, the shower didn't always give hot water.

The bed was not that comfortable and the bathroom was small.

Walking distance to all amenities. This place really exceeded my expectations. I loved the restaurant area and the roof top bar with views.

The rooms where clean, everyday they cleaned the rooms and beds. I didn't like the waiters during breakfast. They would remove all the food way before 10am. Chefs where always removing food from about 9.30am all the days we where there. We had to rush to get food or we woul end up asking for bacon, potatoes. I was not happy at all. Same food on breakfast everyday, change wiuld be nice.

Breakfast is similar everyday

The hotel location is excellent as it is near shops and other places of interest. The hotel is clean and very friendly staff. All StayEasy hotels must do better in terms of breakfast be it in Lusaka, Cape Town, Pretoria its one menu for breakfast all the time with no variety even if you can spend 3 weeks.

On busy nights like 1st Thursdays it's difficult to navigate to the parking lot because of all the activities around the hotel

Location. Bicycle storage, early breakfast for riders Had to pay for parking. Booked twin room for two adults, and wanted to make us pay for second persons breakfast. HAd to sit on floor to have breakfast the morning early.

Breakfast probably the most valuable point 4 star level. The room are clean not too much space but not even narrow. Great support from the staff that booked for us tours and give good indications about what to do in cape town. Would say nothing but to really touch one point price of minrral water on yhe vending machine could be lower.

The check in was good, with the staff at reception being very helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. The location central. The parking garage is a bonus. The breakfast was excellent. No complaints

breakfast was not that good

It was convenient to stay in the same hotel as the meeting I came to attend. It's a pretty good location, walking distance from the waterfront, from good restaurants, in the adjacent hotel has a really nice back on the top floor that it's possible to hang out. The adjacent hotel is a bit higher level. And this one was just enough for what we needed. The buffet is OK. Good cost benefit. The breakfast was all right, but you could see some ingredients or industrialized, like the eggs they serve. Otherwise it's pretty full and varied.

Good location clean rooms many bar/restaurants around very friendly staff no complimentary bottle of water in the room you have to pay for the parking breakfast is good but not so much choice Sometimes elevators can be crowded (I had to wait for 15 min, because of a group of people) so I used the stairs... cleaning the room can take up the whole morning
