OZ Hotel Collection

Our room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent and the food at the restaurant was also great. Went to the pool in two occasions and it was relaxing and clean. It was a great stay and in regard to the elevators being slow, we never had to wait mote than a minute for the elevators.

We had an excellent stay! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. It was the perfect place to relax and spend quality time with our family. We created wonderful memories and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it!

Rooms are extremely small. No chance to fit two opened suitcases. I don’t recommend if you are traveling with your partner.

The food

The hotel overall was great! The big beds were comfy, the air conditioning and the attention to the room was nice, and from the moment we checked in everyone on staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The amenities were good too, although I was not expecting the pool to be that small. Nevertheless, it was a great experience and I would definitely book again. Also, the food and drinks were excellent even if they are a bit on the pricey side. As others may have mentioned in previous comments, the elevator is a little slow in relation to how many people stay there/ the amount of floors they have( understandably so, therefore, it wasn't a big deal). My biggest issue was that they did not have enough meat variety in the breakfast. My husband and I are Muslim and do not eat pork. There was 1 beef option only on one of the days (we stayed for 7 days) and no turkey options at all, therefore, we pretty much ate eggs, toast, and fruit everyday which was disappointing. For us, it defeated the purpose of having breakfast included, but if you eat pork, I'm sure the breakfast would be satisfying. Keep in mind that they change up many of the breakfast items daily, so if there was something you liked one day, it was gone the next (like the one beef option we had was gone all the other days).

Very comfortable bed. Room was large and clean. Staff was hospitable. Location was excellent. Strongly recommended! Nothing.

The ac unit has a bright green light when it’s on. When the lights are off it is really bright. I can’t sleep when there is surrounding bright light. The rooms are actually not sound proof.
