Would have preferred breakfast be included but all in all our stay was wonderful.

The restaurant is wonderful. Other than that, it is an old facility.

The hotel is a bit outdated, and can use some upgrades in the TLC department. Overall a comfortable stay. Be sure to pick a view side, because other than that you will see road and an empty lot. Not much of a view for on the River. The location itself is not far from much, but the racing cars on both sides of the entrance and exit, is quite stressful when trying to exit or enter the property. Overall the hotel was decent.

The location of this hotel was perfect. So convenient to everything you would want to explore in town. The hotel is a little dated and could use an update, but the rooms are still nice, the staff is great, and we love the free parking with easy access in and out.

I wouldn't recommend staying here at all. I stay in hotels probably 30 or 40 days a year and this was probably the most disappointing. Got a $10 charge for incidental which I have no clue what this could be for, in 5 years on here I have never had a charge for incidental. I leave my rooms extremely clean. Got up to pee in the middle of the night and there were 2 cockroaches on the floor. Parking lot if not maintained and location doesn't have a great view as windows are dirty. The pool was nice and front desk was fine.

Rooms were damp, seem to be a water leak issue. Eventually checked out and received better accommodations.

Loved the view from the room, and the shuttle downtown was really convenient!

I will say it was reasonably clean. But I would never come here ever again.

The sliding balcony doors were screwed shut and very dirty on the outside. The pool was closed for cleaning and the room smelled musty. Found bugs in our bed, don't think they were bed bugs, but bugs all the same.

Do not stay here! The pictures are so deceptive! The minute we hold upI saw how filthy the doors were. The lobby is terrible. The lady at the desk was not very friendly. She informed us the pool is out of commission. I knew right away we had to get out of there! Expedia really helped us out! We booked another hotel on Mount Pleasant… Cambria. Excellent excellent! It may be a few dollars more, but so worth it! It is in a great location. The people could not have been nicer. Do not stay here!

Our stay was okay. Customer service was on point- but the cleanliness and condition of the place wasn’t over the top. The room we were in could use some much needed TLC.

A lot of things in disrepair, Showing signs of age. Staff Interaction was Great, Front Desk....10, Restaurant Staff...10, Especially JoJo...Pleasant, Enthusiastic, Good Sales...Informative. Food was Excellent, View made for a pleasant Dining Experience!

The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The free shuttle to downtown was and added bonus.

The staff was exceptional. The rooms, while a bit dated were perfectly fine for us. They were cleaned on time, the location was great, and the staff were absolutely top notch. The restaurant staff was amazing, the desk staff, right down to the pool & maintence. Everyone we interacted with had a positive attitude and met us with kindness. Thank you holiday inn for an amazing stay! We will be back!
