Great location, great staff and the kids loved the pool. I loved the breakfast which was great before a day at the beach. We will definitely be coming back.

We were in the perfect location to see Folly Beach, Downtown Charleston, and Mount Pleasant! The room was clean and spacious, breakfast was good, and the staff were very friendly! We enjoyed our stay here!

Easy parking

The room was unclean, with visible dirt and dust on surfaces. The bathroom had a large crack running along the wall, exposing a sharp plastic that my children nearly cut themselves. The bed topper and pillows emitted a strong smell of sweat, despite our efforts to freshen the bedding by having it changed twice. The floor was extremely slippery, forcing us to place towels everywhere to prevent falls. Additionally, the towels provided—bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths—were covered in hair that clearly did not belong to us, indicating they hadn't been properly cleaned after previous guests. This overall experience was disappointing and uncomfortable, making me eager to leave and return home.

The staff was amazing from management to front desk personnel as well as the shuttle drivers. All were awesome!

What an amazing staff! My sister and I felt pampered from our arrival to departure. When we missed breakfast, the staff went out of their way to make sure that we received a meal instead of suggesting that we find our meal elsewhere. Free round trip shuttle service was offered to points of interest in the city during the month of June. This really helped because we didn't have a car. The hotel offered a gym and a pool as amenities for guests. The rooms were spacious and inviting for a restful sleep and or large screen programming for viewing while relaxing. We enjoyed our stay.

Bad experience. I was unable to get expedia refund nor insurance refunded after a 3rd night cancel due to winter weather. Expedia trip insurance is fraudulent for not paying for the insured night. Room floor was sticky on arrival. Got sick from breakfast. Maintenance door in hallway permanently held open with towels?

Overall, our stay was good. Staff was accessible and helpful, breakfast was good, parking was more than adequate. While the room was clean overall, the floor was not. Our toddler grandchild's feet were filthy in a short time after being barefoot. In addition, the room had a pullout

Very close to downtown area

The hotel is in a great central location, has free parking, and a shuttle (extra fee) if needed to sightsee downtown. It was clean, in a very safe area, and the lobby nicely decorated, although there is some need for maintenance around the property. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, especially the croissant egg sandwiches. We chose this hotel for game playing tables in the lobby and for daily pool time. The pool was nice and not too crowded; however, it desperately needs more umbrellas! One umbrella over one table was very skimpy and always taken. It would be a great addition to have HOOKS in the room to dry bathing suits and/or towels. Lastly, for longer stays, it would be very nice to have better cable selections. I was happy to see the possibility to stream on YouTube or Prime, however, I did not have my password to use it. So, remember to keep your streaming passwords handy. We would definitely stay here again!

Exceptional

Good location. Great AC in the room. Spacious room. Decent breakfast. Lots of parking. Nice check in staff. The beds needed new mattresses…much too soft. Housekeeping never cleaned my room the first night of a 2 night stay.Showed up at 5ish to check the room…did not have an excuse why my room was missed. Asked if I needed any new towels….no. Told them too late now to deal with doing the room. Need more supervision.
