Great place to stay.

I like the cereal. Ther should be more variety for breakfast.

We loved the location, the free breakfast , the friendly staff, parking, and general appearance of the hotel outside of the rooms. One of the sinks in the room ( the bathroom vanity) did not drain quickly so there was stagnant water in there much of the time. The shower faucet handle was so loose and needed special wrangling in order to get the water adjusted ti the desired temperature. The shower floor looked like it hadn't been washed in awhile. When cleaning up a spill on the floor, I realized that the floors are not cleaned often as well. Also, we choose a river view room with a balcony. The view was beautiful but there were no chairs and barely standing room for two. It wasn't practical or inviting to spend time out there. The 4th floor ice machine was super slow and sparse with dispensing ice. For last few days, one of the elevators did not work. The laminate flooring in the hallway was coming up .

I enjoyed the location, the view, the staff and the room was very accommodating for a family of 5. The facilities were experiencing some challenges. One of the 2 main elevators was down for 3 days. There was water damage in random places around the hotel. Laminate flooring was bubbling up on the 2nd floor. They had industrial fans trying to dry out everything.

First of all they were down to one elevator so it was hard to go up-and-down, and we were on the 4th floor a TV, kept turning on in our room. And then the day we were leaving the refrigerator died, and all my stuff went bad.

This hotel was amazing! Enough room for a family of 5. Clean pool and hot tub. Excellent breakfast. Snacks at night, cookies and welcome bag of snacks and water too! Loved everything! The shuttle was the highlight! Avis, Treyvon and Mark were fantastic. Very helpful, friendly, and accommodating! $7 all day service was a steal! Thank you also for cutting up a watermelon my son bought at a farm stand on our trip. 5 stars!!

Everything was great to stay there as great staff.

Hallway of 47th floor near eleavator the floor as ripping up and could be a trip hazard for people. Looks like water damage which could be the smell in the hallway. Also, the bedding on one of our beds was dirty. Looked like makeup stains. Hotel has potential but needs some maitenance attention.

Location was ideal Blood stain on a pillow. Fiberglass shower/tub cracked. Hard rain triggered leak in hallway ceiling. Mini fridge completely iced over.

Beds were comfortable and the staff was very kind and outgoing. I loved looking out towards the dock and seeing the ships

We liked the balcony view, beautiful at night seeing all the city lights. Being from the mountains we loved them. The room was clean and big, needed a little updating in the kitchen. The staff were amazing. The pool and the hot tube were fun. My biggest complaint would be the AC unit was close to the bed so it struggled to keep majority of the room cool. I like a cooler room, especially down at the beach. The fridge could be bigger. Trying to keep good for a five day vacation was hard.

Room service was too early, our room was only serviced 1 out of the 4 days

I love the location. Its not far from everything. Most i drive was 20mins that was the beach but everything else super close will be stay again. The only thing if you use the gym bring sanitizer they dont have anything to clean the equipment with hope that will chang.

My only issue was the TV. The TV is a larger TV that does not fit the area. I almost knocked it off as an adult. Please be careful with kids.
