Location we were close enough for a quick drive into town. Pretty water views with the boats. The outdoor pool was warm. The room was not clean. The kitchen counters were visibly dirty and took 3 antibacterial wipes to clean up. There was something sticky and dirty on the wall and photo in the kitchen. Clumps of hair were left behind the bathroom door and behind the toilet. No attention to detail cleaning the unit.

Free and easy parking - no registration or hang tag. Great hot tub and pool. Bathroom in my room showing signs of wear and tear that could be remediated. No pool towels available during my stay - had to use small work out towels. Staff was friendly. Would definitely go back. Pool and hot tube were great !

Room was large and everything worked. As locals that were having home repairs done, we will scope out another place in the event we need to stay in town again. The staff was very friendly and helpful. 5 stars to the front desk staff.

Not applicable since the stay was so short due to the roaches in the room and the room they tried to move us to. Roaches in our room upon arrival. The room that was going to a different option had discarded food under the sink and roaches.

Perfect location between downtown Charleston and Folly Beach, everything around a 10 minute drive. Pictures did make the pool look bigger, but still good if you go during a time off season. We visited July 7th. Breakfast was good, just wish there were more options with coffee and it was served all day. Room was cozy, stayed cool, and the kitchen was perfect. Parking is excellent!! Staff was 10/10. We will be booking again.

We stayed at a lovely little bungalow that accommodated all 6 of us including an outdoor shower.

The breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful with answering questions that I had. The fact that the a/c was not working in one of the rooms that we had.The hotel was very understanding of this, and because the weather was so hot, they offered to have us not pay for that night. Unfortunately they said we had to contact Booking.com to get them to agree to this. BOOKING.COM WAS HORRIBLE, AND DID NOT AGREE TO THIS. I WILL NEVER, EVER USE BOOKING.COM AGAIN AND MAKE SURE I TELL EVERYONE THAT I KNOW NOT TO USE BOOKING.COM. Too bad it was not them having to stay in a hot room during a heat wave.

Excellent staff. Close to old town Charleston. Clean and pleasant. Rooms need some updating.

It was a nice stay but a little outdated. Exhaust fan didn't work in the bathroom but overall I would stay there again.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, which was perfect for us. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the main living room, and each bedroom had its own bathroom. We were very comfortable staying here, it was an easy drive into the heart of Charleston, but far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle of downtown. All in all, a great place to stay, with lots of room to unwind and relax.

They didn't have a good selection for breakfast it could have been better. The TV didn't have good choice of channel.
