Very clean, comfortable beds and spacious rooms. The staff was respectful, helpful and really nice. They responded very quickly to my emails once I landed and arranged a taxi within minutes for me to get to the hotel from the airport. The food was good. The location is great, only few minute walk from American village which has tones of restaurants. You can rent a bike just in front of the hotel or everything is walking distance. Had access to beach towels in a bag for me to take to the beach as there is only pools at the hotel. No beach access close by and also no shuttle from the airport.

The website says kids 10 and under are free. Not true. 6 and under. They charge $87 and he had to sleep on floor. The technically speak English but are missing cultural context. Very difficult to express small details. They laugh at you. It's degrading.

Honestly, nothing was good. All the 'hot' items at breakfast were stone cold. Pools close extremely early. No bath robes. Mini bar empty. Outrageous prices for room service(800 yen for a coke?). No vending machines. Very long walk time to get anywhere in building. Pools were very cold. Check in took a long time, not enough staff.

Extra friendly staff, Sogo at concierge greeted us with the most welcoming smile and helped deal with our booking swiftly Pillows were a bit uncomfortable, would appreciate it if they can be more fluffy

The staff was amazing, including the management. I had a small problem during the breakfast. The solution and all the attention of the management was really outstanding. The professionalism and the kindness are really heart touching. Thanks for the amazing experience. My wife also loved. Thank you.

The breakfast was included in the room cost—-and SO worth it. Huge international spread of food and open for a great range of time—6:30 am to 10:30 a.m.

Reception desk was super kind. Since my wife is pregnant, we assume they assigned the room nearby elevator. I have stayed in many hotel for business trip in Japan but Okinawa Hilton is the best hotel. All of employees were kind and nice. Room is very clean and neat. Nice view and Breakfast was okay. There is no reason to hesitate to stay in this hotel. Manger and Reception desk employees should be rewarded by Hilton hotel. Thank you. We could use only 110v Concentric plug. If there is more USB concentric plug, there will be perfect.
