The hotel is large, spacious, with a range of shops on the lower level, the location is great, right on Loy Kroh road with good access to a variety of bars and restaurants. The most uncomfortable bed I've slept on in Thailand yet. I knew after one sleepless night that it was not worth staying the second night, so I booked the next night at another hotel nearby I had stayed in before, with a comfortable bed. While the room was large, it was dated, and I personally found it unappealing.

I loved the swimming pool on the fourth floor. I could see both the mountains and city from the pool. The breakfast was ok with lot of fruit. The staff was very helpful. Great Location! The hotel was older and out dated, but it was still grandiose and beautiful.

Overall a pleasant stay 1. lovely breakfast spread and the taste was great - not too salty nor spicy. 2. We were pleasantly surprised to know they provided Bibles too - thank you so much - we love it!!! 3. The concierge staff were really helpful! Shout-out to Mr Teerachai! 4. Ms Sah from the tour agency at Lobby L level was very, very helpful and approachable too! Just that the housekeeping needs to remember to replenish the female hygiene bag in our toilet. Suggestion: will be good if there is a hair conditioner provided.
