Excellent location - just a minute walk from the main street and the oldest temple in Chiang Mai. Also at the end of the street you can find the Lila Thai Massage (where I highly recommend going). Good breakfast, spacious room - a small drawback - we didn't have any wardrobe for clothes. Spacious and unique bathroom with a glass wall, you felt like you were outside, but you also had privacy. The pool right in front of the room, with clean, salty water, excellent for a few moments of relaxation. For those who want to wash their clothes - there is a laundry 3 minutes from the hotel.

Hotel was such a nice vibe, staff were so friendly and such a peaceful relaxed atmosphere.

Quiet, location, friendly staff Nothing

The hotel feels secluded and private when inside. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The pool area was clean. Family friendly I wish it were a tiny bit closer to the downtown area, but still walkable if needed
-
Great location- especially for the incredible Sunday night market. Spacious room and fairly quiet for the central location. Everything was clean and the pool looked great - the water was a bit warm for me. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The linens were clean, but they had a funny smell - not detergent, more like food. The bath towels smelled faintly like cigarettes one day. They don’t use driers and wherever they hang the linens must be subject to these smells. It was overwhelming, but was noticeable.

We loved the breakfast that was included, the staff were so friendly and accommodation, the pool was amazing as it was so hot and we loved the rooms we had on the first floor pool view!! Nothing it was perfect for us.
-
I loved how it the neighbourhood was even through the hotel was centrally located. Everything was within walking distance and the pool was a great refuge on hot days.
-
Long walk and climb to room. Purely functional facilities
-
The hotel is located in a quiet street and walkable to everywhere inside the Old Town. The pool was great and the staff was super nice. Also enjoyed the breakfasts and the entry space. The room was a little dark but pleasant to stay overall.

The room was clean. Staff is friendly. Pool is nice just a little bit cold for this date we were. I really liked the location and that it's just in a quite road a little further from main road which is 3 minutes of walk so it was not loud. Parking for motorcycle is free not sure about car parking. Walls are thin so you could hear everything. Bed was made of bamboo which is nice but wasn't that confortable and it squeaks when you turn around.

Good lobby area, polite staff and the pool is nice Bathroom was dirty and smelled like pee, walls were filthy, and it was super noisy outside with paper thin walls despite it being on a quiet road. They only gave us one pillow each Too expensive for what you get. If I’m paying 80$/night in Bangkok I expect a lot more. Way better deals elsewhere, kinda disappointed
-
Hotel needs a little investment to be a 10/10, the room detailing was not nice, the bathroom seemed not the cleanest one.
-
All power turns off when you take your room key out of the holder to leave and it will be hot in the room when you return.
-
Room was nice and Paul was great They would nickel and dime for everything. Do you want a glass of ice they charge you there are no washcloths in the room. There’s no coffee in the room. No toilet paper in the bathroom. Just not very many amenities. Normally when I stay at places in Chiang Mai you have an abundance of amenities. It just seemed like they nickel and dime me for everything.

Location: walking distance to temples, night market and cafes. Staff: helpful, always smiling, kind Pool: very relaxing Hand soap dispenser would be good near the sink in the bathroom.
-
The room waa quite big and it had a nice pool view. Location of the hotel was really good. And the staff was very helpful and always smiling. Hand soap in the bathroom would be good.
-
Location waa perfect, close to temples, 7-11, nice restaurants and cafes, boutiques and especially Sunday Night Market. It was very good value and the staff was excellent. Breakfast was OK but tbere could be more varieties. There could be hand soap dispensers near the sink in the bathroom.

The location is strategic. Within 3km perimeter all the good restaurant and cafe is accessible. The staff is so friendly and helpful. In whole, the vibe in lamphu is great and cheerful. Definite recommend to anyone coming to Chiang Mai

Too much light in the room
