They charged me 54$ valet parking when I didn't park there or use their valet.

The room was very clean and quite big. The staff I met were very helpful and efficient. Parking was expensive but the valet was very convenient and quick. I’m guessing the price is comparable to the rest of Chicago. Our stay was quite enjoyable.

This place was great. The location, ease of check in, staff, room, comfort, cleanliness, and amenities all were as expected or better. Early check In really made things much better for me on this occasion, and I appreciated this opportunity especially after having such an early flight before I arrived. The courtesy shuttle was also super helpful being available and leaving every 30 minutes. Would stay here again!

The rooms were amazingly clean. The lobby smelled amazing and Ms. Brenda was so friendly and accommodating. I will be staying here every time I visit Chicago. It’s located perfectly, not too far from downtown but also not in an area where it is congested and noisy. Walking distance form the united center. Totally recommend! Nothing, it was perfect.
