Great place to stay. Everyone that works their are very nice!

Our room was very cute and what we expected. They do have a small lot to park so I would recommend getting to the hotel early (you do have to pay for a parking pass). However; upon arrival we were so excited to walk in because it’s decorated so cute. We were immediately hit with an awful sewage smell that lasted all weekend. After returning home for the weekend I had noticed 2 charges on my account that I had not authorized. My friend had paid for the room using 2 cards. The full charges went through on her end and somehow I was still charged a significant amount twice and was not told about it until I called to dispute it. Staff wasn’t helpful and basically said I’m outta luck. Asked if they could do something for us because of the awful smell and was told no because we would have needed to say something while there. Because I didn’t authorize the charges and especially because I wasn’t made aware of them i am disputing the issue. We will not be going back and will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Such a shame.

Honestly a good spot to bunker down in, the rooms are on the small side

Felt like they could of had better snacks for purchase in the lobby, buggers sized waters.

Room was not well maintained or cleaned, tattered "paintings" worn paint, toothpaste on the sink from previous guest found a strang bug in the bathroom and upon check in into the morning the lobby smelled like raw sewage. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are nicely remodeled. And they felt clean. Which is good. And stylish. However they are very small. And the hotel outside of the rooms feels rundown and even had a smell that wasn’t very nice. It’s definitely not a nice hotel overall. The location is relatively safe, but also feels a little bit sketchy. Parking was fine, but it cost $20. I wouldn’t stay here again if I had any other similar choice closer to the city. I think I would recommend staying in River North over this area and definitely would prefer to stay in Fulton market if I could’ve found something closer into the city. I had to stay here because I didn’t have another choice and was booking something last minute. It was good enough, but I don’t strongly recommend this hotel.

A nice surprise! Enjoyed our stay. We will be back!

It’s a little run down but it was clean and safe. I would stay here again.

Probably the smallest room i’ve ever been in but comes with microwave and fridge which i appreciate. Room was very clean and the area itself was pretty quiet for Chicago so I was able to get good sleep. Booked this for a concert at United Center and it’s a great location for that since it’s such a short walk. Overall not bad.
