The breakfast was good offered diff items and neat and location was great for places I had planned to go. For the hotel being newer I’d think there would of been more electrical outlets only 1 in bathroom more light was extremely dark and extra mirror. Outside of bathroom to use as possibly vanity for

The biggest disappointment about this hotel was the location. I booked it by mistake because I intended to stay at the Hyatt in The Loop. I didn't realize until after arriving that this property is quite far from the main downtown attractions. The hotel is located in a former hospital and is advertised as a historic building. The exterior is attractive, but inside it still has a noticeable hospital/institutional feel. It is also surrounded by hospitals and medical facilities, with very little else nearby. There isn't even a convenient place outside the hotel to get a coffee or a quick meal. There are two CTA stations about an 8–10 minute walk away and bike-share stations nearby, so public transportation is available. However, getting to major attractions such as the parks, museums, and lakefront can take 35–45 minutes. Otherwise, you will need to rely on Uber. The rooms were clean, the staff were reasonably helpful, and the breakfast had a good variety, although nothing particularly special. For someone visiting Chicago for the first time and wanting to explore the city, I would strongly recommend staying closer to The Loop or another central area. The distance from the main attractions significantly reduced the enjoyment and convenience of my first visit to Chicago.

It was a beautiful hotel to stay in. The rooms and the common areas were clean and well kept. Check in was an easy process and quick process. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The breakfast had several choices and the area was clean. There was plenty of parking right outside the back of the building for $35 a day.

Breakfast was great.

The rooms are very clean and they feel like old hospital rooms. Adding pictures in the rooms might help fix that though. It is in a great location and public transportation is very convenient. Although there is a restaurant / bar onsite, there are some fast-food restaurants about 3-4 blocks away.

This location is amazing looking! The historical build of the property is amazing. But more than the look and cleanliness of the building, the staff was amazing. I stayed here because my flight was canceled and I arrived so frustrated and the staff was so kind. They gave me a ton of water and even more smiles. TC and Steven were amazing and calmed me down and put a smile back on my face. I will gladly stay here again.

Parking should be included with the rate that they get

The building is dated but the rooms are nice. The hotel is clean and the location is good. Convenient to whatever you are in town for!

Parking is 1st come 1st service bases but a parking garage is not that far away. The staff is great very helpful and knows what's going on around the city makes you feel welcome. The bartender was a great person, made you feel like family. I would definitely come back on my next visit to the Chi

Parking is limited, first come first serve, but there is another lot within walking distance. My room was comfortable, would have liked more lighting but it had everything I needed. Access to your room is more secure compared to other hotels. Staff is very friendly. Restaurant and bar onsite is nice.

Breakfast was the low point of the stay. There was plenty of food, but the quality was not great. Please work on getting better sausage and muffin especially.
