Staff was very friendly down to earth and helpful. Room was clean and neat. My stay was great. :)

The fact that it's cost $40 a night for you to park your car in their parking lot is ridiculous. Not happy that was not made clear before booking.

The breakfast was wonderful. Lots of other shops and food within walking distance.

The hotel is located close to the hospital and not far from downtown area where shopping is and concerts. Also, there are several fast food restaurants within walking distance, such as Starbucks, Chipotle, etc. Our room was clean and cozy. Everyone who worked there was super nice. Very nice complimentary breakfast also. You do need to purchase a parking permit.

Nice staff, clean hotel. Parking convenient. Will book again in the future.

Amazing breakfast

My husband and I have experienced staying in a suite here and staying in a king-sized room, and the experiences were very different. The housekeeping staff were much more attentive to detail with the suite, making sure that we had everything we needed and supplying things like small tubes of hand lotion daily. While there is already a large bottle of lotion in the rooms, this extra attention to detail is what we’ve grown accustomed to and have therefore come to expect. Receiving four coffee pods and one cup in the king room is another example of lack of attention to detail, and having to go downstairs for everything can be a headache, especially when you are not feeling up it. We recently had a death in our family and were in town for funeral services, but unfortunately, since we were in the king and not the suite this time, the quality of housekeeping services were mediocre at best. However, all of the staff that we encountered were warm and friendly, which does count for something! Would definitely stay here again- though perhaps not when there is inclement weather, since we always rent a car and there is only outdoor parking (no garage).

Walkable distance to the United Center, had a handful of chain restaurants right across the hotel parking lot, the only negative I would state would be the amount you have to pay for parking 😡

Super clean. Everything about the hotel was clean: clean bathroom, clean nice bedding, just felt great. Very nice staff. Best hotel we’ve been to in a long time. Def will be back and recommend to others .
