It was great! Definitely, better than the total disaster of a 1st time traveling experience with Amtrak. Never take Texas Eagle Train 22 with Amtrak.

It’s a very nice establishment. Very big and clean.

This was my family first time visiting Chicago. The stay at the Hyatt was perfect. The front desk was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and modern. The breakfast was delicious. The part I did not like is paying $5 for a soda.

Since watching this hotel being built ,, I had made a promise to myself to stay there,and I finally did , from the looks of the outside I knew that the inside would be beautiful,, the main entrance was ok, clean and welcoming, but when I got to the floor where my room was I was disappointed that the hallway carpet was so dingy , dirty, and looked very worn out,, the coffeemaker in my room was dirty and old , I have stayed in many hotels during my travels and have never experienced this type of situations I my room,, the first room I was assigned to the air conditioner was faulty and noisy , I did not get any sleep,, so I was given another room ! This room was better but the main door did not shut close completely as you exited you had to actually give it a pull for it to close properly as you left , housekeeping was great,! I saw them everyday as I left my room always smiling and asking if I needed anything done to my room,, Maricela was very nice and polite !!!asking if I needed anything!! So with that being said the hotel didn’t reach my expectations but I was glad I got it off my bucket list !

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Steven recommended places to see and eat nearby. All the other staff was very wonderful as well.

First staying at property. Clean room and best breakfast ever. Excellent.

This is an excellent hotel if you want to be either in the medical district or close the the city. The rooms are large and the rate includes breakfast. I recommend it highly.

With that being said would stay here again for sure.

Absolutely loved that it’s in walking distance to United Center! Staff was extremely friendly and our one night stay was perfect! Toni was super helpful and I’d definitely book again.

Very friendly staff and the room was very clean. Good breakfast and very well located close to the rail. The bed was very comfortable.

The room was great as well- FULLY stocked kitchen with fridge, stove microwave, sink, silverware, plates, glasses, coffee mugs, it was completely clean & ready for use. The room was fresh & clean, big clean bed .The shower was huge, hot & pretty- bathroom area was very spa-like. Plenty of towels- we never had to ask for any but we stayed only 1 night. I will definitely stay here again when in Chicago- the location is very central to Chicago landmarks & various neighborhoods.
