I absolutely LOVED our stay here. Everything you need is in this hotel, which makes it super convenient so that you can relax and enjoy the stay instead of fighting the traffic to go get food or mixed drinks. The staff is extremely friendly- from the front desk, to the restaurant, to the staff at the beach and pool. This is by far my favorite hotel that is beach side and I cannot wait to return!

Very nice staff. Clean rooms. Would have loved some free coffee in the lobby and water by the pool. Parking with "convenience fee" and taxes worked out to right at $35 per night. In the shopping areas (tourist side) you pay for parking almost everywhere by phone. Not sure what happens if you don't have a phone or are not too savvy with technology. Nice hotel and staff!

However, there were a few disappointments. Our room was advertised as sleeping five guests, but it only contained two queen beds. A rollaway bed was available, but it came with an additional charge, which was unexpected. The beach lounge chairs cost $45 to rent, and I feel that should have been included in the resort fee. Breakfast was also an extra charge rather than being included with the stay. Additionally, our room was initially supplied with only one set of towels despite having five guests registered in the room, which was inconvenient. Overall, the location and family-friendly amenities were great, but the additional fees and room accommodations did not fully meet our expectations.

Absolutely perfect place to vacation! Hotel was immaculately clean and beaches were private and quiet. Hotel is in an extremely convenient location to meet all your needs! A+++

Food was delicious both at both restaurants and even the food truck food was quite tasty! Service throughout the property is hospitable and friendly, and to our surprise beds and pillows were comfy! We truly enjoyed the stay from beginning to end.

Overall, we had a great stay. The hotel’s location was excellent and very convenient. The volleyball area was a huge hit with my kids and provided a lot of fun during our trip. The pool area was nice, but it could definitely benefit from having more shaded seating areas. My biggest complaint was the size of the rooms and bathrooms, which felt very small and cramped for our family. Despite that, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the great location and family-friendly amenities.

The room is nice and clean except the bathroom is small and hard to get in and out. The breakfast is ok, both of the bar inside and outside are fun, i like the bartender. The gym is fantastic. i like the small cab that take the guest from the building to the beach and back. Free bike rental daily is good. We also enjoy complimentary desserts in the evening.

The property has an awesome view of beach and sunsets. It is primarily a family place with a lot of children. The pool is not big enough for the volume of guests and the beach is 1/4 of a mile from the hotel ( they do have a go cart shuttle). Parking and resorts fee is reasonable. But food and drinks are expensive. Better options around for couples.
